OK, have a heavy agenda the end of the week, so getting Week 3 predictions out of the way:

6-1 in  Week 1 and the LL goes 4-3 in OOC games

   Week 2:

Hobart      31(38)         Mville         14(24)            Statesmen win but would rather be at home as Mustangs go for a couple of gallops(More than a couple)

Rochester 14(3)           Endicott     31(28)            The Gulls prove too much for the slowly improving Yellowjackets( no improvement)

RPI            28(3)           WPI           21(6)              No easy win for the LL Engineers as this one goes down to the final minute( Bad LL loss, although WPI defense impresses)

Union        52(54)         Ana Maria   7(7)               Dutchmen break some passing records( Another Tune-up)

SLU          28(24)          Norwich     14(30)            The Larries celebrate a win over the Cadets( Bad LL loss, expecting more from the Larries)

Buff State  14(15)          Utica           28(26)          Bengals need to sharpen their teeth a little more to get their first win( as expected)

Predictions go to 10-3 on the year;  LL has a bad 2-4 OOC week and goes to 6-7 on the year as RPI and SLU are upset in week 2

Week #3 Predictions

SLU                 21                     Mville               42                          Mustang passing attack gallops away from Larries

Rochester       28                     Alfred State      20                          A dogfight for 2 programs needing a win

Buff State         7                     Brockport          21                          The Bengals have a hard time finding the end zone

Hobart            35                     Rowan              21                          Rowan is tough, but Staesmen prevail

Union             31                      Springfield       28                           Dutchmen are shocked by real competition but hang on for a  win

Ithaca            35                      Alfred               17                           The Saxons are wondering where they have seen this QB before

RPI                13                      Utica                10                           A punch mouth defensive battle decided late

toni/troy...Thanks for your research to verify my statement that RPI had also scheduled some early season cupcakes in the not so distant past. I said Mt. Ida and Becker. In fact that sarcastjc, pomous asshole Mach was half right. RPI never played Mt. Ida. It was Castleton instead. The point is he was critical of Union's scheduling of patsy, Anna Maria. He should check the Engineers week 4 opponent. Sure enough the very same Anna Maria Amcats. It seems the RPI AD did indeed listen to you Mach.  :o

Hey Bill, turn down your police scanner and put your dentures in, I can't hear a word you're saying.

Hold on, maybe I can help:

Ahhhh yes, now it makes perfect sense with Bill's senseless text formatting added. I assume he will pipe back in when his internet turns back on later. He has one of those special internet plans where it is only active for 4 hours per day since he needs to conserve some of his social security check for other things like Ovaltine, Spam, Fixodent, moth balls, and his favorite Lime Jell-O dessert cups.

Hey hey, let's leave Lime Jello out of this.  Maybe you're thinking of candy corn or olive loaf perhaps.0

We might need to make it official when Halloween season rolls around, but candy corns are the worst candies on the market.  Discussion is closed on the topic.

What about fruitcake?  Man I hate that stuff unless I'm drunk or "medicinal", in which case it's wonderful.

Well the fruitcake is more of a Winter/Christmas item, and I haven't even seen one in about 30 years, but from what I remember I actually didn't mind the classic "fruitcake".

Is that 3 fingers of Johnny Walker Black to wash it down with?

There is big talk about rivalry games over on the E8 board.  I know Union-RPI is clearly the biggest rivalry left in the LL.  I wonder if IC-Hobart can develop into one over the years.  Both top programs, short drive between the two, now in the same league.  Battle of the Lakes....

pumkinattack

We have to win at friggin bs butterfield before itd even be considered.

Battle of the finger lakes?  I mean clearly Seneca as bounces empty wine bottles off the forehead of Cayuga lake clowns!

Caz Bombers

pffft, you dumb nerds with your upside down lake, ooooh oooh hurr durr we're Hobart let's put our college in the northwest corner of the shore like a bunch of stupid jerks

Just look at the map and note that we're at the top of the lake, just like daddy's seat at the table, mr I sit at the bottom of a lake and catch the downhill "runoff".

This is actually fun.  We might need to rope in Union sweater vest fans to rate the vineyards for us.  They'll drink the Chardonnay and we will battle, Anhorman style, with the empty's.p

If I went to the top of the West Tower I could pee all over good ol' Elizabeth Blackwell (that slut)

pumkinattack

And then when you end up in the emergency room after the Hobart game all those slutty woman doctors who owe their license to the esteemed miss Blackwell will put cyanide in the morphine drip your begging for.

(In reality since most alums object to merging the two colleges even now despite admin efforts to do so I wouldn't be shocked if some Hobart guys may have provided the golden shower to her then made her make the walk of shame back up The hill the next morning w/o a shower...)
