RPI playing at Grove City, a school Caz has only heard of because he remembers learning in a class at IC that they declined all federal funding at one point in the 1980s because they refused to comply with Title IX, on religious grounds or something. Do they still do that? That seems very stupid.

They still do not accept federal funds.

How about that. Well then, Caz certainly hopes RPI beats their backwards hick azzes several rock strata deep into the ground.

4 LL teams in post season play, pretty good year....
Agreed. It would have been interesting to see if Ithica would have gotten in to the NCAA's if they had beaten RPI.

I remember Grove City because they had some all-time leading rusher like 20 some odd years ago. Might have played in the NFL if I remember correctly. Haven’t heard much of them since though.

Their thing these days seems to be "we're not as terrible as we were a few years ago".  But CWRU beat them 52-14 this year, so there is that.

By the way, CWRU guy here heading over to the LL boards for a week.  I see you have two guys that refer to themselves in the third person.  jam40jeff approves.

Congrats to Joe G being named All-Liberty League First Team QB, amongst all of the negative press and added pressure to perform. Being named Empire 8 Offensive Player of the Year and First Team QB 2 years consecutively, he came to the LL as advertised. He'll leave the land of Division 3 with a pretty decorated resume. I know a coach up in Canada headed to the Grey Cup again that would likely give him a look.

Good Luck to JG and Congrats to all of the athletes receiving accolades.

Ice Bear says a big congrats to Ike and all the other award winners. Ice has to also agree with Joe G. getting the 1st team nod. Regardless of how Ice feels about the "situation" the kid won Ice over with his play, competitiveness, and drive. He's a passionate mother****er and while having some downs this season his ups were huge. Corteca was his exclamation point. Congrats to him on the award, he certainly deserved it and Ice wishes him all the best moving forward. Ice doesn't think he'll make it in the CFL or the next level but hey he'd love to see it. Maybe he can join fellow E8 First Team QB Chris Sharpe over in Europe.

Every POTY will be back next year! Interesting Union site says "Union cleans up league awards"....20 All Leagues, 1 POTY....distant second place Hobart has 19 All Leagues and 2 POTY, and is just happy to have a few representatives....

Hah  ;D...Curiously Union has NO offensive honorable mentions? Oh wait, 10 starters are either 1st or 2nd teamers, plus 2 specialists. :o A reserve RB, Joe Ferreira, is even a 2nd teamer BUT poor RG Teddy Hood :-\ a starter all year is not recognized. ???... IMO Union's best unit in decades.

How is the Union video stream?
Jam40,
The Union Video stream is pretty good except when the cannon goes off after a  Dutchmen score, as it causes the camera to shake. As a Case Western Reserve supporter on the LL board, I just want you to know that  Bartman has great respect for the school especially a few of the law school graduates that have kept Bartman out of jail, but what's with the name???... fine Ohio Chardonnay?

We'll try to do you a solid and keep your camera from shaking then.

The name?  I'll dunk all over your face while I drink a 40 oz beer.

The real story is much more boring than that...college email address followed by first name.  It was my original AOL Instant Messenger screen name.  Does that make me old?

Shouldn't be using the cannon in the NCAA playoffs anyway (artificial noisemaker), so that should be good.
