I have nothing to say about last night's, eh hemm,"game". Nadda. Zip. Squatta.

59 (on the road)
51 (at home)
45 (on the road......national semi's)
41 (neutral field......national championship)

31 (at home........after 59 on the road)

Hmmmmmmmmmm. What did the head coach, Rutter and Greenfield say after one of these five particular games?

I rest now, but like many of you, gear up for making even more scratch (and giving a chunk away) in 2020, plus hoops and wrestling (a one sport mentality is what's killing youth sports today).

Bless you LL chatters, even Lalapoolaza, Machy and Jonny. :)

Ice Bear

Ice Bear says a Stagg Bowl winner with W's over UWW and MUC but also with a loss to neither of the aforementioned teams is pretty cool (granted Wheaton is pretty damn good). Some parity maybe?

Congrats to NCC on an amazing year.
A long time fan of DIII Football!

Bless Cozy for giving us 2 weeks of  entertainment in comparing the incredible greatness of the Aggies for their "good" 31-14 LOSS to the National Champions in the playoffs. Let's see if they follow it up with a special season in 2020....expectations will be very high especially after the Cozy advocacy .....I am looking forward to further amusement next season and thank all posters for their contributions  ;D

NCC looked fantastic on both sides of the ball and I am glad that some other color other than Purple won.

Good post Bartman.  Del Val should be the 2020 favorites for the National Championship.

Although Del Val's best loss ever must be the 2005 loss to Rowan in the National Quarterfinals.  I still have a poster of Adam Knoblauch on my bedroom wall.  Every time I think I can't accomplish something I look at that poster and get my ass in gear.

I hope everyone is having a great holiday week so far, even Cozy Grinch.

J.M. Cozy seeing Muhlenberg ranked above Del Val in the final d3 top 25 and wondering why math isn't always the best way to evaluate football teams...

Good post JU, Bill Murray is a favorite. In the comparative voice of Cozy , I noticed that Brockport was voted #25, not that it matters now, but Hobart beat Brockport 33-7 , went 3-0 against common opponents while Brockport went 2-1 . Hobart was the third best team in the LL, but was better than any team in the E8 beating their lst, 2nd and 3rd place teams by a combined score of 101-41. Merry Christmas Brockport.....and  all LL posters

Liberty League Champion Union College is rated #12 in the D3Football.com final Top 25 poll....They rose from a pre-season Kickoff #66 ranking. A tremendous achievement for the Dutchmen.

The East region is well represented... Delaware Valley is #8, Salisbury #9, Wesley #11 and Brockport #25. In the others receiving votes are Ithaca, Middlebury, Stevenson, WNE and WPI.

I believe that's Union's highest final rank since D3 started doing the poll.  It will be interesting to see if Union takes a step forward or backward next year.  They pretty much bring the whole offense back (minus Beal at WR, but they have tons of depth there).  Only about half the defense comes back, so it will be interesting to see if the guys coming up can take the next step on D, where we were exposed a few times, particularly in the secondary (Salisbury and CWRU).

Union's highest final rank? Yes, they finished 2005 at # 14 BUT they did enter 2006 as a Preseason #10.

Oh little Jonny. Such a cute snowflake you are. DelVal would have pasted that Muhlenberg team that showed up (or didn't) in the National Semifinals...............AT HOME!! Listen to the season ending local press conference that the NCC head coach took part in...................and the comments about the DelVal defense (or listen to what the Muhlenberg DC said to his buddy, the Widener HC).

Now, go write an algo or two for me. If impressed, I will pay you. If not.........I'll expect just that from a Pol Sci/Spanish major ;)

2020 National Championship?? Surely you jest. QB, All-American TE (and TE #2), top 2 WR's, top RB, 3 OL, 3 out of 4 LB's go buh bye. They'll settle for a 4th consecutive undefeated MAC Championship and a playoff win or two. ;)

Also, I don't kiss and tell about income...............but it is far greater than the numbers you mention (which has nothing to do with being a good or great person). Lol.  You are too predictable.  You say you won't tell us how much money you make because you don't "kiss and tell" but HAD to disclose that it was more than 500K.  You failed the test Cozy, you couldn't resist telling us you made over 500K.  You are an insecure person who needs to show how smart and rich you are make in order to impress everyone.  Then throw in the bible and all the charity you do and think people will start calling you Jesus Christ.  No one is buying it.

And if you know so much about football, why not comment on Del Val's 4 man front and how their 3 tech has dominated olines this year?  Or how when Kenyon Jones goes to the Nose in that odd front they run sometimes it causes teams fits?  All you have really shown us is Monday Morning QB snark nonsense from Friday predictions that other posters have gotten wrong.  Then you back up your claims with comparative score nonsense (any boob can do that).  You don't have to know X's and O's to comment here and I'm not Bill Belichick by any means but you've never offered any football knowledge on here which is odd for someone who would claim they have forgotten more football than someone else knows.

Maybe that's all an insecure person like yourself has to offer here?  If so, count me out.  I'll hit the d3boards ignore function on you.  (yes there is an algorithm for that)

Machiavelli

Cozy has forgotten more football........Holy cow... Go back to the MAC board dude. You're way over your head here. Good luck with all that church giving too. I'm sure it will be an immediate inception into the great big castle in the sky with the mean old man who admits or denies based upon how much you give to your church. Only followers of your religion may apply.
