If Ithaca loses the game, I'm stealing this thing and putting it over my toilet.

Frank, believe it or not, if U beats Ithaca(something I won't concede until the game is over, but possible, nonetheless), I will root for the LL team(s) that remains. This isn't kissing up to the LL posters but my caste system of loyalty goes team-conference-area within region-region. That would mean, should IC be eliminated, I would have to start rooting for the other upstate teams; Union and possibly Hobart.

I hated Fisher basketball last year but when they made it to the tourney I was firmly entrenched on the flatbed of their bandwagon. Unfortunately, it crashed at about 90 mph in the Sweet 16 vs Potsdam, but that's another story. I hated Fisher basketball(and some of their posters) much more than I've disliked any team or posters in here...so I would definitely be hopping on the LL ship if that is, in fact, the outcome.

I'll be listening to your broadcast as I have heard enough Ithaca College student broadcasts for a couple lifetimes(not a knock on them). I want to see how a Haaaaaarrrrrrrrrrvard grad would call a game. Keep the 12-letter words to a minimum, though.

Ive never even seen d3hoops.com or sjf basketball, but I heard from a few guys that coached on some good teams that they were kind of a bunch of clowns who got smoked when they played good teams......just what I heard though.

Jonny, you said it, not me. Some(me?) have made that argument in the past. I'm not in a position to talk as IC basketball is usually the model of mediocrity: I think we've gone 7-7 or 8-6 in conference for four straight years. If you guys think all IC fans/alums are cocky, come over to that board and see Fisher hoops fans talk. You would think they're the UCLA dynasty. Fisher is easily the class of the division but I'm not sure if they're as good as their #7 ranking says they are. Oh well, conversation for a different board on a different day.

Union89 has frequented many a strip joint and participated in many unsavory activities there.  Union89 draws the line though at eating food at a strip joint.

There is a joke here somewhere because Union89's first name is Mike.....Mike's Dogs......strippers....not going there....

Union89 hears you.....Union89's lovalties are as follows:

1)  No need to state the obvious
2)  Hobart (Go LL)
3)  ithica (Go Upstate NY).....but screw Cortland
4)  Anyone else in the East Region
5)  Our good friends from MN.....Go Johnnies
6)  At this point.....just hope for a competitive Stagg Bowl.

The day of reckoning is upon us and the LL will atone for all the hype that is associated with their lame ass conference. Go Cortland and Ithaca the real class of NY.

Stop! Stop! You're ruining the diplomatic relations that have been going on for the past 12 hours. I really hope you aren't a player fballking. That would be embarrassing for IC.

I would have to say he PROBABLY is not.  I mean, why would an Ithaca player say this, "If Cortland plays two complete halfs, Ithaca is buried."

Or for that fact, care about whoever wins the NEFC or NJAC?

Why we are on this particular mission, we'll never know. But I do know, here today, that the Fighting Dutchmen will emerge victorious once again.

Let's kick the tires and light the fires, big daddy!

GO U!
