Now that the knicks playoff hopes are dashed (sarcasm, they've been done since game 8) let it be known that Gro will be supporting the Detroit Pistons for the remainder of the NBA season.  They are the closest thing to the old school knicks team that Johnny Utah loves so much.

Gro, there is an NBA championship in there that seperates these Detroit Pistons to your "old school" knicks teams you talk about.  Unless of course you are talking about Walt "the human thesorous" Frazier's Knicks teams.  Im assuming your talking about the 1990's Knicks teams that choked in every big series.

I just noticed the smiley in my last post... i meant to say GAME 8... weird.

Johnny, at least I know you're a celtics fan... who haven't even had the opportunity to choke since they make the playoffs about once every 4 years since 1989.

The Knicks are just another team that fell victim to the bulls dynasty. There are a ton of great players from the 90's that didn't get a ring because of Jordan. Ewing, Barkley, Malone, Stockton, Peyton Manning, Chris Mullin, Ashy Larry, Larry Johnson, Harry Johnson, Manute Bol, God, Thomas Edison, and Muggsy Boges.

+K to Gro for proving through Science that Peyton Manning, Ahsy Larry, Harry Johnson, Thomas Edison and God were all denied titles by Michael Jordan.

I agree that Clyde and Marv Albert were great, Clyde will always be great.  The only better personality than Clyde in a sportscasting booth would be Mickey Rivers, nobody ever knows what the hell he is saying.
