Someone needs to investigate what Quiznos is doing with the ends of their bread. This is a top priority in LLPP.

Lately Gro has been all over Moe's southwest grill. If anyone has a moe's, Qdoba, or chipotle in their area it deserves a trip. Gro has been known to sit in his office with a burrito induced coma for up to 2 hours. For a chain, these places are up there with Anna's (boston) and Bomber Burritos in Albany.

Well atleast the nerd Joe Mauer made the All-Star team.  Nerd!  Based on the hypotheses made previously by our Twinkie fans here, the last few weeks of the MLB first have proved the following:

They are worse than the Central.  But the Yankees, Orioles and Devil Rays are better than the Central.

Gro, don't fool yourself.  None of those can even come close to Anna's.  Anna's is leaps and bounds ahead of any Burrito joint North of Tijuana...or Joliet, IL.

I knew LD or JU would jump in and claim that nothing beats Anna's. You are absolutely right. Anna's is amazing and it cured me of a level 5 hangover.

I said that the other 3 places were good "for a chain restaurant". It's like like seeing a fat chick at the bar and saying "she's cute, for a fat chick."

pbr found that in college it was good to make friends with the manager at all the food chain stores....we found that if we strolled in 5 minutes before closing the manager would give us all remaining food for $10 so all us would throw in a couple of bucks and walk away with hordes of food....especially righteous when you have the load on and munchies are grabbing you big time....

Question for LLPP and extended members...

Who would be interested in a LLPP yahoo fantasy football league? I'm guessing most of you already play so this would be simple, autodraft, no money involved kinda thing. Just something to spice up monday/tuesday mornings so I can say I beat Regulator like a problem child.

Count me in for some fantasy football... I have no problem finishing 9th through 12th in a 12-team league.

And again, just cause your precious nerd had a good first half, doesn't mean he's the best player in the history of the league.
