NNR, KS thinks you need to use adhesive tape and make sure that LLPP is on the back of your jacket or shirt when your teams game is on ESPN.  You should always brand LLPP when possible.

Admit didn't think women's college b-ballers were into guys...
My grandmother is over eighty and still doesn't need glasses. Drinks right out of the bottle.  (Yasmine Bleeth comment valid unless prohibited by your College's code of ethics for Alums)

Greetings, Gentlemen.

The Right Reverend is back in Arizona after a hideous year in New York.  I had bronchitis for about six months and was continuously harrassed by a priest who hated me because he couldn't have me.  C'est la vie.  The Statesmen may be many things, but angry sodomites we are not.  Worse yet, they kept me so wrapped up with horsemanure in NYC that I could only make one game the whole season (Hobart-Union)

In other news, I was stoked to see Hobart ranked #19 in the D3 poll.  Very generous.  I hope we can live up to expectations.  Big ups to Union, who earned a nice #10 spot.  I hope to make it back to Geneva in early November to catch the Hobart-Union game, and to catch a cold.

I look forward to giving and taking a lot of **** this season.

It is better to giveth than to receiveth.

God Bless you all.

The Rev

P.S. Great photo of Phoebe Cates, Knightstalker.  Showing Fast Times at Ridgemont High was just one of many things that got me thrown out of a seminary.  I guess I shouldn't have pressed 'pause' and shouted, "Lookit them titties, boys!" when she came out of the pool during Judge Reinhold's stroking scene.  My bad.

Knightstalker

KS is thinking Phoebe has the potential to stay as KS's signature pic for a long time.

Any Hobart folks catch the scrimmage with Cortland?  If so how did it go down!

The Rev has combed both Hobart and Cortland websites and come up with no news as to the scrimmage result.

Xreddragon77, can you fill me in on Morrisville?  Is it becoming a four-year school?  When The Rev was a wee blighter at Norwich High School, Morrisville was something of a joke.  What gives?

KS, The Rev gives his blessing re:the Phoebe photo.  Just enough cleavage to make her noteworthy, yet not so much as to make her seem trashy.  In other words: "Delish!"

Morrisville has already become a 4 year school since they are playing an NCAA game.  They were a JUCO program that got great athletes from Flordia (a few even made the NFL after going to Mich St).  They were a really good JUCO program before going to NCAA this season.  However since there is no longer the option of going D-1 they wont be getting the athletes they used too.

I did not know this.  I guess I should call home more often.

Why can Mo-ville not go D-I?  Is SUNY not supporting a D-I system, or do they really think that Binghamton will bring the SUNY system all the glory it can handle?

It seemeth unto The Rev, born and breed in Central New York, that SUNY's commitment to sports has been less than noteworthy, with the exception of Cortland, which has forever been known as a solid "jock" school.  (My aunt and uncle both became gym teachers after graduating form Cortland around 1970ish.)  Is The Rev's intel sorely out of date?

Since Mo-Ville was only a 2 year school, they'd get D-1 rejects that are not eligible to play and have them get their grades up and then would take scholarships to D-1 schools.....

Hobart and Cortland's official web sites won't have any information on the scrimmage. I don't recall if it's against NCAA rules, but I know it's frowned upon to post any type of information regarding scrimmage results. Some schools do this, but not many will post the results of a scrimmage.

I'd assume Cortlandfootball.com should have a write-up by Monday.

XREDDRAGON77

"However the Cortland offense and defense looked in mid season form. No official scoring was kept. But Cortland would have won very comfortably had it been an official game. The Cortland defense shut out Hobart on all of its first team drive attempts. Meanwhile the Cortland offense had multiple long drives and three touchdowns. WR Anthony Morat caught two touchdown throws from Alex Smith, and RB Matt Rickert also scored."   -www.CortlandFootball.com

Reg, take it easy on the Cortland guys, most of them are mentally stuck in 1994 and type in caps on a regular basis.
