i saw the other day that the receiver (italian name: cant spell it) is out of football indefinetly.  What happened? Was it an injury or academics. i was just curious because he was obviously a great player.

When I go to meetings that I need to fly and stay a couple days....I have a problem.
As if I didnt already have to pack a couple sets of clothes, because you never really know what the dress code, "business casual" means.  Usually it is at least 2 diffenet things, and then you are then going to give me hard copies of everythign we talked about?  WHy don't they ship the stuff from the meeting to my house?  WHy do I need to lug it around?

If my post sounds like it was written by a pre-schooler, blam it on LD11 for posting such a large picture....I am not scrolling back to see what I have already wrote in order to make sense.

Sales people throw out most of the stuff given to them at a hotel meeting anyway.  A lot of the things we create based upon the Art Director's "vision" are really nice and expensive winds up in the garbage.

These drug sales reps are really stupid and their managers are also stupid.  Their planning is awful.  We charge more if we are doing the thinking for you.

The mailing lists are the best and a cash cow for JT.  They come in all different formats from different departments... excel, word, name and address in the same block etc.  Well all of this has to be made ready to import into the Fed Ex system.  They are too lazy to put them into a db format.  So JT wrote a little program to re-format all the data and files.  JT charges $1.25 per name to address correct.  List sizes vary from 50-5,000.  Takes JT about 10 minutes to reformat and import a list into Fed Ex. 

In this area they can be stupid and wasteful forever as far as JT is concerned.  They used to pay another vendor $5 per name to manually enter it into Fed Ex.  $1.25 looks like a bargain.

Sorry reg, but I too hate salesmen. We've talked about this. You're cool though.

I hate the vendor reps that want to sell me products, and I equally hate our own sales team for constantly throwing production under the bus to make them look good for their accounts.

Oh you want that pointless option? sure... we'd only have to invest $200k to upgrade our equipment but it's cool, I'll still get volume and commission!!

Quality problems? I send a nasty email to production right away... the problem is definetly ours and has nothing to do with you.

JT doesn't mind good knowledgable sales people. Those people save you and time and make you money. I'm sure Reg is good at what he does, but Pharma sales people are the lowest of the low.... no talent or brains required.

KS had a friend who was a Pharmaceutical sales rep.  She used to acknowledge that her biggests asset when making sales were here two rather large assets.  She called other sales reps dumb, and she used to say her customers were dumber than her coworkers.

Hartwick can't match up against Ithaca...Bombers 38-10 over the "steel cagers"

Hobart @ William Patterson...tough to tell just how good (or bad) William Patterson really is...they lost by only a TD against Muhlenberg who is 2-0...and the boys from Geneva just squeeked it out over a possibly mediocre Dickinson...hmmmmm...its a long ride to New Jersey...but I still think Hobart comes out on top...20-7 in favor of the Pumpkin Heads!

Muhlenberg vs. Union....I kind of feel sorry for the Mules....I think they are going to run into a buzz saw at the Frank!  Union is going to want to flex its muscles after last week's disappointment with Springfield...it hurts me to say it ...but...Union 35 - Mules 13

Mount Ida vs. St. John Fisher...Men...not too many are going to be able to shut down the Fisher ground game this year...their O-Line is BIG...and their RB Robinson is the real deal...Fisher rolls for 300+ yards on the ground this week and crosses over the 40 mark for the first time...

And last but not least...RPI @ Utica....Red Swarm from the West says that RPI will be wanting to fine tune the offense and make a statement against the Utes...no reason to talk about revenge...just take care of business...score 5 TD's (3 in the air and 2 for Mr. Bernardo) and get back on the bus and head home...sprinkle in 1 field goal and you have RPI 38 - Utica 10...

Well ...those are my very first predictions...let me know what you think men!!!

Nope...its a different Red Swarm....just from the same era....and since I am from the West, I subscribe to mostly Western thinking... ie..."more is better" and "super size me"...rather than the philosphies from the East that you might find inside the stale cookie at the local Rainbow Wok...

HollaDawg's name is starting to enter sacred territory.  For someone who posted so much to just up and vanish, something terrible must have happened to him.  He could be tied up in someone's basement, or even worse, he might have gotten a girflriend to move in with him, therefore putting his nuts on a tv stand in a jar.  I shudder thinking of the possiblities.
