early shoes weather report: 57 and sunny, 35% chance of engineer monkey stomp.

Shoe's after party is at the ruck, RT is that ok with you? The ruck is a little more roomy than O'Leary's... and gro can get reaquainted with the dartboards.

Just send me directions so that Post-Palooza-Darts '06 can commence.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

We'll see if any pumpkins get smashed this weekend.

TGP knows if he was at the game he'd be getting smashed thx to a flask of JD.

Will post up the game notes (usually released by Bart later this evening).

TGP will have to hope that the U's wooden shoes get stuck in the Boz quag.

RAISE THY ORANGE PUMPKINS HIGH!
LET US SMASH THEM?  NEH HEH VER!

Re: Box Lunch at Toga (huh?)

The track is great. What is it $2 to get in and you can still bring your own beer right? The best saratoga race track experience is down in the chepseats or outside in the picnic area.  Grab 3-4 friends, a cooler full of canadian beer, and those lawn chairs they sell at wal mart. Set up shop and follow these simple steps.

drink
place your bets
Watch the race
return to seats
complain about losing
drink

RT has the who experience down pat since moving to Saratoga in Jan '06. RT usually brings his pop up tailgate tent to the picnic grounds and sets up at 7:30am...that's the only way to get a good table. RT brings his cooler of beer, food, mixed drink material, etc and also assorted chairs and a table. RT then goes home to sleep until 9:30 when he grabs a S,S and a S to be back to the track for 10:30am gate opening. RT has a cigar, a cold beer, and goes over his 5 star plays for the day one last time before 1:05 post. The only way to describe it is comparing it to a tailgate 6 days a week for 6 weeks.

RT is walking distance from said track and will host the innaugural PP race day next August.

RT -

One of TGP's Bart buddies has lived in the Toga for years and would concur with that assessment of race dayz.

By the way, The Rev has just received a very exciting article from a 1960 edition of the journal Educational and Psychological Measurement called, "A Coefficient of Agreement for Nominal Scales."

A real barnburner of a read.

If The Rev seems loopier than usual, you will kindly understand why.

Rev...how did this literary masterpiece end up working out for you?

The Rev has a massive headache, and is worried about being conscious for tomorrow's game.

EDDIE VAN HALEN's Son WOLFGANG Named New VAN HALEN Bassist - Nov. 2, 2006 TMZ.com reports that VAN HALEN has officially hired 15-year-old Wolfgang Van Halen — the son of guitarist Eddie Van Halen and estranged wife Valerie Bertinelli, and nephew of drummer Alex Van Halen — as the new bassist for the band.

Wolfgang replaces longtime bassist Michael Anthony, who left the band earlier this year. VAN HALEN spokesperson Janie Liszewski tells TMZ.com that Wolfgang, known as "Wolfie," has already joined his dad and uncle for rehearsals in the studio. Wolfie played dates with his father during the band's 2004 tour, and the song "316" on 1991's "For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge" was named for Wolfie's birth date that same year.

According to TMZ.com, the band is still without a lead singer, despite rumors that David Lee Roth might rejoin.

The Rev would like the chance to audition to become Van Halen's lead singer.

VH has had a profound influence on The Rev....  mostly the flying spin-kicks, spandex codpieces, and, of course, Jack Daniels.

Billy Corgan must have a hard on for this board when Union week rolls around with all the smashing pumpkin talk.

I'm swimming in O'dells tomorrow if Bart loses.   Really, I can't go wrong.  We win--welcome to the Sideshow.  We lose, well, I'll grill me some fine WNY pond trout after the game.............mmmmmmmmmm.  :-X
There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. Some kind of high powered mutant never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.

I think the most pertinent question on this board is why people keep referring to themselves in the third person?

Obviously you have not read the LL post rule book.
