RT stuck his head into the Cortaca board and became instantly hooked enough to scroll back about 3 pages worth of posts. These guys are pretty hard core back and forth on each other.....most of the slurs tend to focus on someone's girlfriend, the WalMart/KMart in Cortland, the criminal tendencies of players, the socio-economic status of the teams' fans, and, naturally, the education quality (and resulting job prospects) of each school -  Basically, it's good reading.

Surprisingly, there are Cortland posters questioning Ithaca academics....RT finds that interesting. Being a western NY native, RT always viewed Cortland as a gym teacher school.....RT was an honors student in HS and never, ever fathomed attending Cortland St...

Also, didn't Coach King's wife come up to one of you fools and tell you she heard you were funny on the internet??  Someone needs to 'fess up, otherwise, RT's CSI Unit will be going on double duty.

Me again... that was shoes 2004. Mrs. Kinger hands out cookies during pregame. We were talking and she mentioned that she heard about me "on the internet". Kinda weird moment, so I say "what did you hear?" and she just said that "I was funny"

So apparently I'm funny.

speaking of shoes 2004... Reg, we got to talk about your style. It's a football game, last time we hit up shoes you were dressed like Bill Cosby. Leave the sweater in the hotel room for after the game.

Well put...RT, U89 was planning on the BloodyMary and cooler of Miller Lite thing again.....let U89 know if something else would be better.  U89 thinks he speaks for Reg as well with this 1 though...."We will need at least 74 frosty, cold ML cans".....'Gro, can U89 borrow 1 of your gloves?

What time are you planning on attending? This could influence RT's answer...

Irregardless, the RT would recommend that you accomodate any "special" requests that you or your wife may require. For example, when RT was in HS football, there was a DL lineman we'll call Scary Gary (SG) who had his own big bottle of orange Gatorade for gameday. SG would keep it in a special cooler off to the side and no one could drink from it. He would put a piece of athletic tape on the bottle and write "Gary" on it w/ a magic marker. So if we need an orange Gatorade for Reg or MR, please bring said beverage and put the tape on it.

Does MR make any special dishes?....any kind of salsa or dip that she is famous for?

RT the television does tell us if we're logged on but if you dont post on the board you have no idea if anyone from E8 or NJAC boards are lurking ont he board and dinging people on the sneek....

Nobody sent me a complaint. I just knew it was way way out of line, and considering that we officially take a dim view on posts that do nothing but bash another poster, what did you think we would do when you created a poll in that vein?

Pat, have you SEEN the cortaca board? Or this board the week of IC-Fisher last year? And does the LL board even talk about football?

Also Pat, you should wander over to the LL boards... not much going on over there in the way of football, actually, sports in general...

Ok...we've been sucker punched by the E8 faithful...RT pulled this thread from about 5 or 6 pages back. This dude Tags is calling us out to the Guru for the quality/content of our posts. Does he not know who we are in LL and what our commitment is to the Guru and this website? We talk football!!! (Although RT thinks folks could scale back the gambling picks....)
