it's better to get no love from Guru-Mack, Inc and then win... see 2005.  If Union and Hobart can pull it off again, better for the LL.

The LL needs to go 3-0 this weekend!! you gotta earn the respect of Guru-Mack Inc.

Great story by Budcrew on the ATE segment.  Classic quote there too that should go down in the annals of LLPP:

"standing next to it was a big guy about 6-3 wearing a red RPI Dutchman Shoes shirt drinking a beer and another guy, Italian, in a maroon dress shirt, wearing headphones."

RT and Frank Rossi prepare for another shoes game....

Classic yet again, Ju is undoubtedly finishing the season strong.

My two favorite quotes:

"I'm sure our defense is going to stop him and I'll have the better game of the two." -Mark Robinson

"Our defense has been shutting down everyone,'' he says, 'and I don't think this week will be any different.''-Mark Robinson

...26 days after giving up an NCAA record-tying 7 TD's to Springfield's Chris Sharpe. They have been shutting down EVERYONE!!

Not that Grad watched this show......

Three-time Super Bowl champion Emmitt Smith, who proved to be as nimble on his feet in the ballroom as on the football field, was named the winner of ABC's "Dancing with the Stars" on Wednesday night.

superman57

and  with giving up 55 points to springfield the defense is still only allowing 12.3 points per game

You're the only dood on the board that doesn't know & accept that '57 can't spell.

Poor grammar and horrible spelling... it's just how he rolls.

Now that gameday is only a day away, The Rev is deeply ashamed for predicting a Rowan rout so early in the week.
If the LL were still speaking in Jacobethan English, The Rev would have said, "'Twas a lack of faith, sirrah."

In reparation for the sin of faithlessness The Rev suggests a prayer group for the Liberty League.

The intention? For Hobart and Union to earn wins this weekend.

Since the Statesmen were Episcopalian and the Dutchmen were Calvinists, praying the Rosary is out.
Instead, let us use a prayer we can all agree on: The Our Father (including the doxology at the end).

Time: 1 p.m. Eastern Time zone.  (Thus, The Rev will bust out a prayer at 11 a.m. AZT.)

Join The Rev!

Can I get an "Amen" from the congregation?
