After getting thru all of the waste of time did he or did he not say stuff, bigdvs sees 2 teams that are so similar it is scary. Very Good/Great RB- Check both got them(Robinson has more national rec not sure if that means he is actually better). Solid threats on the outside- Check both got (bigdvs's bias says Unions may be better). Experienced QBs- Check both got (Marrotti is coming off an absolutely horrible outing at RPI, hopefully he takes what is there and is not firing lasers at the safety like he was in Troy). Defenses- Both have had some shutout halfs and have gotten better as the season progressed. Both have had some trouble stopping the run game. (Pressure on the QB will be key to deciding who wins) Prediction: Going with the Superfan pick miniUnion vs. SJF...

MINIUNION 94 SJF 0

Another teacher goes after a student....

BRIGHTON, Colo. (AP) - A former charter high school teacher who is the wife of the principal has surrendered to authorities on a charge of having sexual contact with a male student.
Carrie McCandless, 29, faces charges of sexual assault on a child by a person in a position of trust and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. If convicted, she faces up to 12 years in prison.
Investigators say the alleged incident took place in late October during a Brighton Charter High School trip to Estes Park. Investigators said McCandless spent time alone in a room at the YMCA of the Rockies camp with the 17-year-old boy.

that sucks....RT wasn't a Michigan fan (since he's an ND fan) but it's always tough to see a legend of the game pass on.....from what RT saw, Bo was a class act.

PBR...

absolutely RT....alot of pbr's family graduated from penn st. and pbr grew up going to psu games but this is a time to put aside differences and remember a great man in college football.

Quick note:  My dwelling on the Robinson quotes wasn't so much to drive Robinson through the mud or to throw fuel on any fire.  It was actually to say to any players that read this stuff that Robinson's quotes are how NOT to act before a big game; Angiletta's story was a much better example of how to act in similar circumstances.  It's SJF fans that wanted to scream about misquotes and everything else that took that message out, and instead inserted a he said/he said overtone.

Bo Schembechler dead at age 77:

http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/news/story?id=2665857

"Schembechler met with the media this week to discuss Saturday's game between the No. 1 Buckeyes and No. 2 Wolverines. He also talked about the device that was implanted to regulate his heartbeat after he was hospitalized last month. He said the device covered about half his chest, and doctors still were adjusting it."

Sad news.  I remember one of his best quotes...  after kicking to ND's Rocket Ismail a second time resulting in the Rocket's second KO TD return on the day, Bo said, "I didn't think he'd do it again."

Frank, ZA had no problem seeing where Frank was going on this....ZA will e-mail you regarding the broadcast tomorrow...looking forward to it and ZA wishes he could be there....Great runningbacks have been shut down before....this game will be about more than two runningbacks, although ZA is sure both will have a significant impact because you can shut them down, but probably not for the entire game.
