this is what ticks pbr off...he buys the new upgraded norton works package they f up something in the download and pbr has been in their f'n chat queue for 2 hours working his way down the queue....when pbr first got on they told him 15 minutes now 2+ hrs later pbr is close to getting answered 1 frickin question that it will take them 5 seconds to answer and pbr can finish installing the product...god pbr hates these damn online chat postings with customer service!!! wtf!!! pbr wants to jam an ice pick in their eyes then mine for waiting this long!!!
