gro might be burned at the stake for this... but I saw Borat the other day, meh... Didn't really like it at all. the dinner party scene was hilarious, and there are good quotes here and there, but overall not that great. Too much hype.

worth watching if you have netflix or a free rental (sadly, gro went out and bought it thinking it was worthy of the dvd collection).

is that randy johnson on the flowbee pic??

why is this enzo story headline news? it's news worthy, but gro sees it everywhere (why was it on ESPN.com??).  If I were the owner I wouldn't let anyone back that car out of a garage, let alone take it for a spin on a race course. And after insurance, how much did the guy really lose? Someone who owns one of the other 399 enzo's might be looking to sell.

It looks more like Dale Earnhardt before the crash.

by pbr calculations there are 5-6 less enzo's in the world...tgp had that dood that crashed one big time out by him was doing 162mph...pbr was on that stretch of road flying like the enzo...anyone else seen this site....

KS saw something today that should be illegal.  A 69 Vette with handicapped plates and painted school bus yellow.  Downright disgusting in KS humble opinion.

is it pbr or did sangia on 'idol look like a rooster the other night w/ his hair up? looks like howard sterns reach is still powerful w/ all his fans flooding idol voting for sangia until randy/paula/simon go  on his show. they have said they wouldnt go on before but now with sangia going deeper and deeper they may cave quickly so he doesnt win the whole thing and embarrass the 'idol

Regulator

PBR-

Reg doesn't know what it is, but this cat is truely amazing.  I wonder how much he gets beat up in any given week....2 maybe 3 times?

At this point I think he is taunting everyone to keep him on just bc he is such a clown.

Howard doesn't have a big enough audience to pull this off anymore.  He's full of crap.

PBR- Tell the LLPP how great it would be to have a Sanjaya to beat up on.....
I would make him play the roles of the annoying people I really want to beat up.
"ok sanjaya,  get out of the car and pretend you are the person that just cut me off for the last parking spot on the whole street"..."make sure you sound just like the hood rat too"

It would make it 10X's more satifying throwing an elbow to his head anyway.

You're crazy.  His audience is plenty big, and with American idol, you can vote as many times as you want.  So let's say only a million of his listeners, although he has many more, vote 5 times each?  Out of 30 million votes, that would be 1/6 of all votes, just with Stern voters, not counting 'Vote for the Worst'.  Seeing that there are 9 contestants left, that would be more than enough to stick around for a while.  Does Howard have enough pull for the kid to win?  i doubt it, just because there are so many AI fans, but his affect is definitely being felt.

Drama at RPI...

http://timesunion.com/AspStories/story.asp?storyID=576300&category=&BCCode=&newsdate=3/29/2007

TO: Rensselaer Community
FROM: Shirley Ann Jackson, Ph.D.
DATE: March 29, 2007
SUBJECT: Campus Closing
I am sorry to report that there has been a fatality on the Troy Campus this morning. In order to ensure the safety of all members of the Rensselaer Community and to allow the Troy Police and Public Safety to secure the campus, Rensselaer will cancel all classes and close its offices on the Troy Campus effective 12:00 noon today. All athletic activities will be postponed until further notice.

Only essential personnel should remain on campus. There may be staff in critical areas that will be required to remain. I ask that each Vice President and Dean designate the area/employees that will be required to work beyond 12:00 noon on March 29th. Because this is an emergency closing, administrative leave will apply (i.e. leave granted by the Institute).

At this point, we expect to reopen for classes, work, and other activities on Friday, March 30, 2007. Should this change, you will be notified by your supervisor.
