PBR,

Did you guys break out the funnel at all last weekend?  Anyone have any big plans for the 4th?
Reg has a day of relaxin' and BBQ'ing set up with some friends.  Funnels and Jagerbombs are optional.

reg this bender got completly out of control we had about 20 people at our party but very soon it mixed into all the other boats around....entire marina was one big drunken party w/ nothing but girls in bikini's and flip flops running around some had grass skirts and coconut bras on. almost the entire marina was heading to buffett concert.  and yes the girls led the charge w/ pbr starting out up on top of the bridge (8 ft. above the main deck) pouring corona's into the funnel and 7 ft. beer hose. the boat was decked out totally in buffett garb. then the girls moved into frozen shots out of a bucket w/ turkey basters.... mix in a few shooters of cabo wabo and capt and coke this was going on all afternoon we started around 11:30 at the marina. let alone the gigantic margarita's at the concert. pbr's friend comes out of the bathroom has some loose change throws it into the slot machine WHAM-O alarms and bells go off he nails the progressive slot for 10 grand.  needless to say pbr was curled in the fetal position all day sunday.  also in drunken haze our group is standing waiting for a cab outside trump and a stretch limo pulls up and driver says "i am looking for a group i am supposed to take to boardwalk hall to see jimmy buffett its a comp'd ride..." pbr immediately says "thats us" we all jump in... pbr is still drying his liver out on the clothesline. some peep's took pix pbr will post if he gets them. it was way out of control from people in their 60's consuming to people in their early 20s partying. good time had by all.

it would be nice to create something one day that would make gro tons of money... if only the youtube guys had gone to RPI, gro would of been the 3rd guy that was a total slacker and only contribution to the project was naming it youtube. thats worth about $200 million right?

alright what is most the llpp doing on the fourth? pbr figures gro is going to a rib fest w/ tons o' sudz and music...reg is boat bound....ld is a morning surf and then afternoon bbq? pbr is pool bound (weather permitting at this point) and drying his body out from last weekend

where ever gro is rolling tomorrow... he will have to bring the spectacular gift he received from the employer. A union grad must have picked this thing out... it's a picnic bag with space for 3 wine bottles and it comes with a little cutting board and knife for the finest cheese I've never even seen before.  a picture will be posted shortly.

The early day is yet to be decided but it most likely will include the beach.  Downtown Wilmington is having a bunch of live bands and foods and beer, and basically a block party, from 5-10 with riverfront fireworks at 9:05.  Should be a decent time.

Paul Revere rides through the night, so that future Americans can view d3football.com without British interference

As Paul Revere rode 19 miles through the streets of Massachusetts 232 years ago, JU will visit 19 barooms tonight and stumble over the cobblestone streets of Charlestown in a celebration not seen since Revere and his fellow countrymen drove the British forces back into the Atlantic........

"A hurry of hoofs in a village street, A shape in the moonlight, a bulk in the dark, And beneath, from the pebbles, in passing, a spark Struck out by a steed flying fearless and fleet; That was all! And yet, through the gloom and the light, The fate of a nation was riding that night; And the spark struck out by that steed, in his flight, Kindled the land into flame with its heat. He has left the village and mounted the steep, And beneath him, tranquil and broad and deep, Is the Mystic, meeting the ocean tides; And under the alders that skirt its edge, Now soft on the sand, now loud on the ledge, Is heard the tramp of his steed as he rides, with of course future visions of Liberty League Post Patterns in the gaze of his eyes......."

Hark!

Who is the subversive Tory that would smite me on such a glorious holiday!

Was it my alteration of the great Longfellow piece?

Was it the pronouncement of my pilgrimage to Charlestown tonight?

Show yourself!

Random Thought: I would really enjoy moving to Boston - Any helpful advice.

Also, Dice-K finally got a little (albeit very little) run support. A much needed win for him... and the Sox for that matter.

To LLPP, Happy 4th of July, eat too much, drink too much, party too much, blow stuff up, and be safe.

KS is heading up to his friend Sam the Butchers trailer in the Catskills to do all the above and let MKS drive home tonight.
