didn't attend SJF. Robby is a good friend, grew up together. I've just been a supporter of the Cards - No actual allegiances however.

Exactly. I pretty much never answer if I don't recognize. Plus it's always good to torture FMTags as often as possible... until the breaking point is reached & I get the line that PBR got. Always a fine line.

RT this is your chance you need to do some recon here...

1. whose name is on the lease? if yours change the locks. if hers move out. if joint depending on the time left on the lease move out and suck up the last few months of co payment, or find the penalty of early termination
2. if your moving out now is your time to find another apt and pack your stuff and move out.
3. if changing locks move her stuff out to a storage unit or box everything up and change the locks so she can move easily out when she gets back. important point DO NOT ever let her alone in the apartment. without you and preferably several friends there as witnesses. so it doesnt turn into a he/she said type of thing if she pursues anything in court.
4. hopefully you do not have a joint bank accounts if you do you may want to consider getting 1/2 the money out and putting it into your own acct.

bottom line: now is the time to put the wheels in motion and end this once and for all. if not you are going to make the LLPP come up there and have an intervention with you. now man up and take care of business.

Once every two weeks I will have a laughing fit over an LLPP post.  This one put me over the top.

REGulator always the LLPP voice of reason...also, TDT's good buddy just got signed by the Orioles.  Being assigned to Frederick Keys.  TDT may be coming to visit.  REG make sure you have your fridge stocked with plenty of MLs and big steaks.  Just tell MR that is how Touchdown T rolls...
