I love the fact that the guy put the copyright symbol next to his name.

Poor grammar and horrible spelling... it's just how he rolls.

KS favorite is the 63,000,000,000 billion dollars.  Priceless, +K to all.

Since Reg doesn't have a typewriter, do you think he can post allegations against someone like Gro?   I could place like 4 lawsuits against him right off the top of my head...all payable with 298,283,544,000 corona lights (with a 12:1 lime ratio) or ML (with a 30:3 tylenol ratio)....

-please use fed-ex instead of USPS'ing it.

Thanks

JT... Re: Vick

Vicks case is a complicated one with dog fighting, animal abuse, and gambling all involved... but Gro believes Vick will do less than a year maybe 12 months tops.  Not making light of the charges, but people do worse things and do less time.

2 articles for comparasion...

Yahoo Sports: Morning Rush
read the part about St. Louis Rams DE Leonard Little

p.s. for clarification, gro is not supporting vick, just pointing out some interesting aspects of the legal system in the US (the same one that gave that kid in georgia 10 years for a consensual BJ).

vicks big problem is having the dogs cross state lines for gambling purposes...he is in a heap of trouble he is trying to do less than a year feds want 18-24 months plus then he has to deal w/ lying directly to the commish face when asked directly if he was involved his reply "absolutely not" goodell doesnt take kindly to being lied to when he is trying very hard to clean up the nfl's image....bottom line is vick will never play in the nfl again look to see him returning kicks and pulling a doug flutie up in canada....hope he likes the cold weather

I agree - Goodell won't put up with that kind of thing (thankfully).

yes goodell will not be happy that vick lied...and will he be suspended for a season, probably... but Goodell has no grounds to kick him out forever.... and some schmuk team like the Dolphins will take a risk on him and sign him to a small contract with a lot of boosts

I agree Vick will play again. Worst case he does 2 years in prison and a 1 year ban from the NFL. He'll be 30 in 2010 and have no problem getting on an NFL roster.

After meeting with my legal counsel, gro agrees to all terms of the settlement under the condition that all payments made to Reg shall be delivered by bouncing them off your head.

no way pbr see's vick going down for just a year....pac man gets a year when when he wasnt even convicted w/ coercion and shooting in vegas....vick was bankrolling gambling a big no no w/ feds and now also w/ nfl new Personal Conduct Policy has very strong wording regarding gambling factor in lying directly to the commish face he is down and out for a looooooong time at best imho he is gone from the league for good. between the public relations hit, peta, gambling, etc....there is no way pbr see's the nfl keeping him around especially when they have been up on their soap box about cleaning up the image of the league. they would be called the biggest hypocrites around and selling out for the dollar. simply put the nfl doesnt need vick to survive.

I agree it will be in line with this (while also admitting I know nothing of the legal system in this case).  He'll have teams salivating over getting him cheap and analysts saying things like "he's fresh" and "rested".

I think Goodell would love to boot him for good but there have been too many "bigger" deals where there hasn't been too harsh of punishment.

PBR...

its going to be interesting to watch as vick meeting w/ his lawyers has asked the nfl what his suspension would be if he plea bargains and gets a year in jail. goodell has said the nfl would have no comment until the entire judicial proceedings are complete thus refusing to tip his hand. vick has until tomorrow to admit to it or face even more charges and worse suspension from the nfl. pbr just finds it hard with all the publicity in this case and so many parties involved w/ torturing and killing animals/peta and bankrolling gambling/feds that he only gets a year suspension. there will be immense pressure on goodell to knock him out for good and send him up to the edmonton eskimo's or hamilton tigercats...(plus vick is an overrated qb, take away dunn and dont allow him to scramble and beat you w/ his arm and he never wins...eagles showed how to beat him numerous times)

Knightstalker

KS thinks PBR is on the right track with this.  Gambling in any sport is a big no-no.  I don't know about a lifetime ban but he will be gone for quite a while.  He wasn't betting on football as far as we know and that would get him a lifetime ban.  I don't think the Dolphins would go after him, more likely the Redskins.
