So, JFC came by the other day and said:

"You should get back in the game BIGDVS"

bigdvs will stop the off season trolling and get back to adding to this non-sense regularly.

btw, vote #8 for Union.

Looking forward to another tight year of competition in the liberty league.  This is my first year out so to help curb my withdrawal symptoms, I'll be at most of the games.  Hobart should be strong this year as always, with an experienced defense this time around.  While the offense might be young and have a steep learning curve, I expect much from all of them this year as well as the next few years these guys will have.  Best of luck o-linemen, hope dewall isn't bustin you on the ropes too much.

RT rarely gives out stock tips because he doesn't want to give advice and have someone complain. The last 2 tips RT gave out were:

1996: Home Depot...RT sold to one of the regional trucking companies that supported HD and learned of all the expansion routes and saw the potential (split 2 times since then)
2004: IBM (was at $55/share during the market correction and RT worked for IBM and knew that the company was worth more than this if they ever broke it up)

Both tips worked out ok.  Being entrenced in the IT industry, RT is recommending another one....VM Ware (VMW is the symbol). For you neophytes, VMWare is a technology that allows servers to run multiple images of an operating system, program, etc on one machine. The major trend in the industry is toward doing more w/ less and these guys are the leader. RT has been dealing w/ them since their inception, when RT sold them the IBM hardware they develop on in California. Now, RT sells VMware to his customers.

They recently went public at $29/share....currently at $65/share after a 15% jump today on some analysts comments. RT predicting these guys will ride a spike up above $100/share at which point there probably will be a correction (as is common in high tech b/c these guys only sell 1 thing) or Microsoft will commit full bore to their virtualization tool which exists today but no where near the penetration VMWare has. That's at least 2-3 years off.

RT bought a bunch and will ride it out to the $100/share point.

PS..... the new release of VMWare (3.1) is out now and this is prompting even more clients to make the move to this and drive incremental sales growth. Trust RT...this is no fad, it's the near-term direction of the industry. If you can afford a few thousand, would be a pretty good investment.

As a party school, I always thought SUNY Albany was pretty strong.....not a ton of leg, but lots of OV Splits...

superman57

SUNY albany is falling down the list they were up at 1 in 04... Union made the list in the cr*ppy town list and Union and RPI made the list in the town-gown strained relationships

You're the only dood on the board that doesn't know & accept that '57 can't spell.

Poor grammar and horrible spelling... it's just how he rolls.

SUNY is so overrated that it makes Reg want to barf.
RT- Thanks for the tip, however, where was this information in the $30 range? When did you get in?  Is there a conflict of interest with you owning and selling the same product?
