The play in the vid is just corny deception. That coach can only use it once before the rest of the league finds out. If I were a coach in that league I'd make sure my nose tackle knows to blow up the center if he picks the ball up off the ground.

Those were ****ty refs in the video.  Coaches usually make refs aware of trick plays before the game so that the refs don't accidently blow the play dead.  JT would have told the coach its illegal, don't run it.  JT always had the rule book in his ref bag, he'd pull it out and show the rule if necessary.

Any time a coach told JT that they came up with a legal version of the sleeper, JT knew the coach was full of it.

The refs in this video don't know the rules.

+1k to KS and Fins for coming through and representing a lineman getting to actually run the ball rather than just block.

-1k for letting another man touch your junk.

Knightstalker

Are they really touching your junk when you are wearing a cup?

The new head coach at the University of Minnesota was one of the qb's on KS HS team.  KS hated snapping for him, most qb's would put their top hand so that it was resting on ks Junk.  This guy would reach in so far that his wrist was touching the junk so you never quite knew where his hands were, this lead to more than one muffed snap with him.

If Fins ever thought his QB was getting too frisky, said QB would be snapped a booger-laden ball on the next play.  :-*

WANNA GO CAMPING??!

If you knew the rest of the joke, you will probably laugh at this punchline.

PS- yes they are touching your junk or other areas that I don't even want to think about right before dinner.

Yes, it also counts if it's "only for a second" - Gro's famous words....

Man I am on a roll..

JT

JT played all the positions on the OL and DL.  JT was the kid that was big (not fat) for his age before HS, then just tall and skinny in HS.  After his freshman year, JT was moved to LB and TE, WR.  In JT experience at center, the better the QB, the softer the hands, the less JT's junk was violated.  The ones that were too rough got their finger bent on the snap if they didn't cut that crap out.

TGP knows he should probably just look at the schedule page, but given that TGP works for a company that is in major crisis mode, TGP would rather just ask the LLPP if any Eastern teams have games this weekend?  Or does pretty much everyone get started on Sept 8?

I might stop by and say Hi, if I'm not stuck in Soho.

my buddy is new at the fantasy foosball, and wants my help for his draft. 'Gro agreed to consult.  Question #1, how many teams in your league?  Six.

Six? How can you not have a good team?

I actually played in a six-team league last year. My brother started the league, I couldn't say no.

My team was:
QB Brady / Delhomme
RB S. Jackson / Rudi / Addai / T. Henry / Dunn / Dillon / D. Williams
WR S. Smith / Holt / Driver
TE Shockey / Winslow
K Elam / Stover
D NE / SD

And, I didn't even win. Finished second.

So yeah, how can you not have a good team?

For the record, just so you don't think six teams is how I roll (ding ding ding, LL buzzword ... what do I win?) ... just drafted my third season in a 30-teamer the other nights. 30 teams x 30 roster spots = 900-player draft. It's too insane.

Kid from DePauw and another from UW-Lax are in the league though.

RT- I can see why he got a little hot under the collar....just use some of that mojo on him and make him feel like he is the man, "no sir, yes sir, you are the man sir, that is how you roll sir"

you gotta respect the authora-tah when you get pulled over... like reg said a little yes sir no sir has got gro out of a speeding ticket down I-88 and driving the wrong way down a one way skreet in boston.

it also helps when you are rediculasly good looking like gro is.

Seeing as K-Mack is trying not to get Prince Jonesed, he says little, glares lots and sends five-o on their merry way.

It's always a crapshoot whether or not you're going to get a ticket anyway, no matter how cordial you are.

Tickets I can live with. I'm mainly trying not to get beaten or shot.

I swear I came by to answer some football questions before whipping up a Day 1 ATN.

pbr took this pic of mpbr (in red shirt) and friend at my kids game last weekend caught up in the action...

PBR, Did you not think Reg would blow this pic up 500% ?  What's up with the "GeneGalin2002tm" on the bottom right hand corner?!?

Amature hour.

and Reg was literally 2 seconds away from a right click, "save as background"
I can see it now
MR- who's that?
Reg-wasn't me!

come on reg....pbr said that as a yoke...obviously the stamp was in the corner....these are the "tiki girls"....giddy up ....and that girl in the red shirt is beautiful

I know K-Mack is way late on this, but Good Jeeeesus, you are correct sir.

If that had been mpbr, you would have deserved unimaginable props.

Somebody's gotta marry the tiki girls though, might as well be one of the fellas.

Knock 'em dead K-Mack.....hope you have a house on their flush all nite....... ;)

Yeah, for the record ... K-Mack got drubbed. One of those nights where I could've cut my losses and left with minimal damage and instead bluffed on a huge hand late and took it on the chin.

The worst part is I bluffed out who I needed to get out of the hand, but the guy I had put on nothing (he always stays with nothing) had me crushed.

To quote Regulator, I played like it was Amature Hour.

Note: For the NCAA readers of the LLPP, K-Mack does not gamble.
