If I was a parent of a 12-year-old that got mocked like that, maybe. But when you're a grown-up you have to be able to take that. If you want to play on the big stage you have to deal with that.

True.  But she should be able to deal with the same thing right back.  The coach does not have the forum like she does, so he kind of had to do that in order to send a message.  (well he didnt have to send one at all like that I guess)

Hmm -- methinks the coach had access to a much bigger forum. Sure seems like it.

Well she was there.  She could have yelled right back at him and defended herself and what she said.  Maybe the coach would have left anyway, and maybe that clip you couldnt have heard her, but I think she has the same access he does now....

Scripted as hell....that interview holds no weight....Ms. South Carolina was asked the map question a second time and aced it as well.

This reporter should be put on the spot right next to the coach and I would respect her.....otherwise her work is a joke.

in responce to the great pumpkin from the nefc wall...wpi beat up on worcester st in the beginning of the season and worcester looks like a middle of the pack team in the nefc... if wpi doest have thier starting qb go the came will be a cake walk for hobart... their D will give up points as they have to teams with not as much talent as hobart has... it should be a good game

The Rev's problem is that he thinks these things and then he says them without thinking through the consequences.

Some LLPP members have noticed that The Rev is perpetually single.  The lack of a filter between brain and mouth is a large reason for Rev's singlehood.

If as writers we are only allowed to write about things we have personally experienced ourselves, then there wouldn't be a lot most could write about.

A few days back Eric Wilbur from NESN actually pointed out that both the D-Rays and the O's have had a good deal of success vs. the Yanks this year.  From what TGP remembers from the NESN article, TGP thinks that TB's record vs. the Yanks is either 8-7 or 9-7 at this point; the O's are 7-8 vs. the Yanks.  

For the first time in a while, TGP also thinks Francoma finally called a decent game tonight for the Sox.  He got key guys back in (Manny, Youk) and rested some guys as well (Coco, Oki).  Loved the move of pulling Gagne in the 8th to bring in Pap to get the last out.  Fortunately the Sox blew the lid off in the b8 so all we needed was to bring in Corey to do some meaningless clean up.  Who cares if you allow 2 runs when you are up 6?

Cleveland's about to blow up the score on the M's in the t8 (bases loaded as TGP types) so the Sox will still be a 1/2 game back in the HFA race. 

Scratch that.  Seattle making a run at the Indians.  3-3 in the b9!

Hard to tell what part is you and what part is quoted, but I think the AMA line is from you.

You don't have to have documentation from the AMA. Listen to an expert, such as a coach or trainer. That's reporting.

dang gro up early today...must have a deadline or flight to catch....and yes man hands are it...do they do plastic surgery on hands yet?   It now also has come out that she was NOT even at the game the kid was supposedly fed chicken by his mother she was told this by a third party!!! She is now reporting on things when she not in attendance. Not as if she had any credibility w/ me to begin with but as more comes out on this but any crediblity she had is gone. she has an axe to grind here.
