What is the name of that hotel in DT Troy that was really nice?  Reg is DEFINATELY staying there as opposed to the dump known as the "Best Western Rensselaer Inn".

I booked 2 rooms at the Franklin on Friday, however, they didn't have any available on Saturday yet.  I put my name on the wait list (because rooms always open up) and booked a room for just me at the Ren Inn.  I can also get a room for you if you'd like and we can cancel if the rooms if the Franklin opens on Saterday.  Or you can reserve it yourself for saturday.

I definaly think we should leave here on Friday sometime getting in around happy hourish in Troy.

So i'm confused.  You have booked rooms for you, but not for me?  Do I need to book something?

Friday night I booked 2 rooms at the Franklin- 1 for me - 1 for you (since you need to call them to make a reservation and they only had 3 rooms left on Friday)

there werent any available for Saturday so I booked one for myself at the Best western as a backup. (should one at the Franklin not open up)

the only thing you would need to book is a room on Saturday at the Best western OR a room at the Best westen for Friday and Saturday if you don't want to stay at the Franklin.

If I tell the Franklin that I'm not checking out of my room (and they need it because the hotel is full), can they evict me or do they need to bring in the cops to legally touch my bags?  Can they do anything besides charging me for another night stay?

Has anyone ever done this?  When I called and asked the lady at the front desk, she thought I was joking......
