Joe Buck and Tim McCarver really suck the bone.  TDT is thinking he is going to invent "On-Demand" broadcasters.  For instance, there'd be 10 broadcast teams and the viewer would be able to select their preferred Play by Play and Color guys.  This would obviously just be a subsidiary of the LLPP, Inc.

This is a great idea.  TGP would definitely prefer Orsillo and Rem-Dawg over B&M any day of the week.

We're going to offer this for Union games soon.  Your options will be:

Play-by-Play
---------------
Harry Carey
Jimmy Stewart
Marcel Marseau
Arnold Schwarzenegger
Frank Rossi

Color
------
Red Tackle (after a few too many)
LewDogg11 (after a few too many more)
Tim McCarver (after LD drops a few too many over his head)
Rosie O'Donnell (after strapping on a few too many)
Carm Audino

Imagine the possibilities of the combinations you could come up with for this weekend's Union...oops...we have a bye.

What about this Alex Audino which you spoke of 2 weeks ago?

pg04

PG personally thinks that Gus Johnson should announce every sporting event, so as to cause numerous heart attacks across the nation each night.

These guys just put you to sleep in an already pretty boring sport...

Anybody else sick of seeing Mark Shapiro's ugly mug on FOX in the ALCS??

U89 wants to punch him squarely in the face.........

sorry tdt this phillies fan see's the warrior wakefield getting shelled and the bosox getting smoked in the 5th....ouch!!

Wake was cruising up until then.  MDC then comes in and sucks it.

B2B2B at least gives Sox a little hope, but TGP knows this Indian pen is pretty solid (and our 1, 6-9 are pretty weak.

sox are down to it....its going to take something special to beat the tribe. pbr never would of guessed the tribe and rockies in the series but right now they are the 2 hottest teams in baseball.

So Reg got a chance to watch Borat for the first time last night.  I didn't even laugh at the movie.  It just felt so staged and fake the entire time, I was left wondering what was actually real and what was previously set up.

The one thing I did think was funny was when he went to the news station and he kept messing with the weatherman.  You know the guy wanted to just drop him right there, but didn't want to do it on TV.

I know it's a year too late, but what did the LLPP think about the #1 overrated movie ever, coming up quick is the Bee movie.

Naked Nott Run

NNR would like to tell you Borat had no less than 12 suites against him after this movie hit the theatres... all but 1 have been dropped... the guy in NY that ran away from him is still open.

The college kids was real...

The news station lady who booked him was fired and was going to sue but didn't

THE RODEO was not staged either

very funny movie... not staged from what NNR understands except for a few things that needed to be.
Anyone notice how none of the kids from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory were even a little bit cool... Where was the athlete who pile drives wonka into the chocolate river??? Coulda done sooo much more with that "classic"

Thank you sir.  There were some funny parts (the dinner scene with the bag) but all in all not a good movie.  Borat the character is funny as hell, 90min of Borat... not so much.

This doesn't stop 'gro from using quotes from the movie at any given time. Very nice, I Like!! Gro felt the same way about Napoleon Dynamite... funny characters, great quotes, crappy movie.

U89 didn't like the movie much either, but questions Reg for watching it during Sox/Tribe game 4.....even if you hate baseball, it's playoff time.

More proof that Manny doesn't get 'it'......

Sox down 7-2 in the game....about to go down 3-1 in the series....Manny hits a homer and decides to celebrate like the Sox just won game 7 of the World Series.  Don't get me wrong, a few high fives are fine, but laughing like a school girl and doing rehearsed little skits late in a must win game is stomach turning.

Ok, so the parts where he is nealy beaten to death were real.  I thought they were ok, but very predictable.  He basically pushed people to their tolerance level and filmed as they reacted as he pushed past that.

Reg is really surprised he didn't get at least one or two good beatdowns.  Especially at the Rodeo, in the projects or in the subway

Rolevio

Rolevio agrees with Reg about Borat.  Rolevio bought it based on most of his friends loving it and ignoring the one that told me it was awful.   Rolevio fell asleep the first time he attempted to watch it.

I thought Borat was great.  One of the few movies that I laughed out loud in the theatre during certain parts.  Probably better to rent though.

What is this "rent" you are talking about?  Are there still stores out there that rent movies?

This is MLB's and Fox's biggest nightmare coming true.  Be sure that you'll see Fox Game Breaks with American Idol auditions just to try to prop ratings up from NHL Stanley Cup standards from last year (worst...ratings...ever.).
