I'm going naked and painting myself red.  I can't wait to give Gro a victory hug.

Forecast for Saturday in the 518......snow flurries and 29-42 degrees.

I think that calls for a pint of Mr. Jack Daniels.

Gro wonders what cabernet sauvignon and a nice smoked cheddar would look like regurgitated on the real panel of a Volvo X70.

Re: Hobart-Rahchacha updates - The Rt Rev has a buddy who lives near Geneva (a former Hobart FB player too) who goes to pretty much all of the Statesmen's games.  TGP would think he would be a good source of info.

Otherwise, TGP would recommend you hit up Mike Black at WEOS for updates.

Cheerleaders

Now back to your regularly scheduled pre-shoes mayham.

Your faithful ATR East columnist was doing his duties as a columnist and was in the epicenter of the RPI-Union rivalry: At a media luncheon at Union College for this Saturday's game.

Players from both teams were there and Coach Audino and Coach King definitely have their teams prepared.

The Shoes also made an appearance as well, but alas like the Stanley Cup, I refuse to touch it because I was not fortunate enough to play in this terrific rivalry.

On a semi-related note, the luncheon was held at the new athletic center... a gorgeous (Yes I just used that word for something other than cheerleaders ;) ) facility.
