Hey Rev,

Saw the 2nd half of Hobart vs. U or R game.  Bart's QB and offense looks amazing. Will you travel if we hear the proper news tomorrow at 11:30?  It may be a SJF vs Bart matchup.

The Rev may try to take a random trip back east for a playoff game.  The only hitch is that The Rev is tranistioning from the ADOT job to the Yuma job, and may not have the time or wherewithal to escape from AZ before the new year.

Then again, The Rev might just do what he did for the Rowan game in 2004: fly into PHL at 5 am, rent a car, sleep in Rowan parking lot, go to game, drive back to PHL airport and hop on 4 pm flight back to PHX.  That's how The Rev rolls.

If The Rev rolls in an old school way, he just hopes that the host college is in a city with a non-stop flight from PHX.

Word up.  The Rev was a neophyte back in 2004 with only a couple dozen posts and negative karma to his name.

If the playoff ends up being a SJF-Hobart match up in Rochester, The Rev will adjust his demand for a non-stop flight.  The Rev will take Jet Blue to Rocho and be happy as can be.  Imagine the phone call to Reservations:

Jet Blue: Thank you for calling Jet blue. how may I help you?
The Rev: Yes, The Rev needs an emergency ticket to Rochester, NY.  Stat!
JB: Is this a family emergnecy, sir, such as a death in the family?
Rev: Yes! Hobart is playing St. John Fisher next weekend in the playoffs.   If you don't get The Rev to Rochester pronto The Rev is going to die.

The bummer: a flight to Rochester from PHX with less than 14 days warning will be pricey, especially around Thanksgiving.

Hey Rev,

I already have a tin can ready to take care of your trip to Rochester.  Do not worry about the price!!!!

Gibby,

The Doughnut said that if Bart plays SJF, he will drive in from Ohio for the game.  It will be like a real reunion if we can pull this off.  Also, The Doughnut has also signed up for LLPP.

Engaged

Tags' tagline notwithstanding, . . . I am not the lucky guy.   :D

Congrats to East's Jimmy Olson.  Does that mean DC's Fiancee = Lois Lane?

Bigger congrats to RPI.  Now go out and find a short yardage offense.

Hey Rev,

TP and MS can definatly crash at my house.  Hopefully,  we make the playoffs. Then we can worry about detailed plans.  Also, Rev's Dad is welcome. We  have plenty of room.  My daugter, who is 4 is currently is 17-1 when attending Hobart games.  When moving to central NY from LI we found the best entertainment is D3 foodtball.  Her only loss was the game you attended vs. RPI. Let's go STATESMAN!!!

Rolevio thought they tried to keep the New England teams separate from the NY/NJ teams for matchups whenever possible.  Rolevio wouldn't be surprised to see Bridgewater go to Plymouth.

Yes, it's true that I will make the roadie if 'Bart plays SJF. Hey, UNYF, I guess things have changed since our day... SJF was the only team we beat all four years.

I'm sort of new to the message board thing... what's up with all the 3rd person commentary?
