Cantastic.

TGP and the Rev finally had a playa hatah reunion out here in SoCal.  Good to see the Rev after all these years.

We are tentatively planning on hitting the RPI/Bart game this fall.  We may need directions to the Ruck before and after the game.

Dude, you might want to re-read the article...

Real swift, drive into a crowd of people because someone doesn't like your baseball team.  I'm so disgusted with people lately.

You're the only dood on the board that doesn't know & accept that '57 can't spell.

Poor grammar and horrible spelling... it's just how he rolls.

Bman is curious as to KS's take on the Carrier series.   Bman loved the series, and especially how all of the grunts hated the duty and life aboard the ship, and all of the officers (except 1) were spouting the "Company" line...

And it was odd to see how they really were using corporate terminology to describe military processes...

I guess there was alot of "training" with the officers prior to camera's rolling...

And Dood, with the preggy GF...can you say DNA TEST.....!

Living on a tin can and sleeping in a bunk can't be fun, especially with planes landing on your roof.  JT wouldn't mind being a jet mechanic, a shooter, or in ordinance. The two worst job had to be those doods in green that worked under the flight deck in all that grease.  Kitchen duty was probably the next worst.

JT buddy started as a shooter, then he became a jet mechanic.  Now he's a police officer in a small NC town.

KS knows guys that loved being on a Carrier and some that hated it.  KS wouldn't really know.  KS was on an attack sub, subs are a completely different animal.  Officers, Chiefs and crew are much more familiar with each other and everything was much more laid back, especially at sea.  Do your job, do it correctly and quietly and everything was good.

Basically there are two types of ships in the Navy, submarines and targets.
