I did have a chance to check sources, even was able to sit down and see the plans of the stadium and areana.  As I mentioned before, locker room is to small to hold team, they will have to put guys in nonfootball locker rooms.  The new AD, I was told decieded to change his office around and its location in doing so it took away from other offices that were on the original plans.  And yes there are no actual meeting rooms of any suffiecient size to hold meetings for film review.
The basketball teams have a pretty sweet set up and the new strength training and conditioning facility is very nice.  But there is no equipment to go into it.

I don't know how a school full of engineers and architects can screw up something as simple as a floor plan.  A locker room should fit at the very least 99 players, then have an additional room for the 20-25 guys who aren't lucky enough to get their own jersey number.

Locker room holds room for 92 or 93 lockers,  there are a lot of quirks in the floor plan that make it a little unfriendly.  But again the place is going to be a top D3 facility by far.
