Now fellas... Gro believes that the LL gets plenty of 'pub' on D3.com largely in part because of the LLPP gang. Same goes for other teams/conferences with vocal fans.  So we don't need to bash Pat & Co over the heads everytime the LL is not headlining.  Is RPI/Hobart the biggest game of the year in the LL? Yes.  But RPI already got press for the shoes (both pre and post game, including a front page photo) and CTB was mentioned in Keiths ATN column. Relax.

Plus, even if someone were to whine, does that mean that you go out of your way to take it personal and not recognize a game that deserves respect ??  Honestly, it's not the posters that get dissed, it's the players of the team   Not for nothing but your response to some inter-LL banter is a little over sensitive and out of context!

nah that was all Gro's idea. I had meant to post the other day about how much press NY was getting this year (The upstate feature, various LL/E8 games, a front page link to 'In the HuddLLe', Cortland, RPI, SJF, etc) and how that was a good thing.  Being practical doesn't mean I don't support the LL, that's like saying... oh wait, I almost made a political comment on the wrong board.

Now, If I was really working for Pat's agenda, I would have mentioned something like "There are 230-ish teams in D3 do you really expect them to cover them all?"

And finally, I threw in the Ithaca crack because I haven't made fun of Ithaca fans in a while.
