Ithaca strikes first, 7 - 0 with 9 and change left, 1st Q

10 play, 78 yard drive.  Strike back, you Red Dragons.

'gro, why Go Fisher?  I'd rather see Ithaca and Fisher lose.  That way Cortland stays No. 1, and SJF drops out of Pool A, Ithaca moves out of Pool C to take SJF's place.

"It's pouring, and the fog is settling in."  I'm guessing it's not that cold.

From the scoreboard, Maine Maritime 8, Plymouth St 7, midway through 1st.  That's funny.

Cortland surrenders on downs at Ithaca 23 yard line.

D'oh!  Nasty Dragon personal foul penalty, converts a sack on 3d down to a 1st and 10 Ithaca on their 30ish

Cortland BLOCKS Ithaca punt, runs it into endzone, scoreboard operator incorrectly announces 13 - 3 score.  After PAT, actual score is Cortland 10, Ithaca 7, 9:00 2d Q

I like LD's take - the less congestion in Pool C, the better.

Conway wouldn't sthsound sthso bad if he had a better mike.  Would you trade Conway for the SJFisher chick, who states the obvious clearly?

"Guess who that was [who made the tackle for RPI]?"  "My dog stole my clipboard."  "it's windy--look at the trees."  Okay, I'm ready to trade Bob Conway.

     St. John Fisher       14     Alfred       7     3:55  1st Q

USMMA 10, RPI 7.  Huh?  Two lost fumbles--one on bad snap under center, one on bad shotgun snap.  Not liking that.

Cortland wins, gets the #1 seed, no MUC
Ithaca and Montclair lose they move behind RPI in Pool C
If SJF gets the Pool A, they would be a pretty low seed #8 (unless Maine pulls the upset)... RPI could get a 5-7 seed (1 one loss team that lost to the conference champ)

Sound about right?

EDIT - I get it, you don't want the NCAA deciding the merit of 8-1 RPI vs. 8-2 Ithaca in Pool C... you could be right.  Either way go Kean, get Montclair out of the picture.

I say Alfred beats SJF, gives Ithaca the Pool A, opens a Pool C spot.

I have withdrawn as Mr. Conway's defense counsel.  Perhaps Mr. Rossi is available.

It's currently what--MMA 13, RPI 7, HALF

Moravian giving Muhlenberg a game - Moravian 14, Mules       7     Halftime
Ithaca 35, Cortland 13, late 4th Q

Cortland returns favor, intercepts Ithaca
D'oh!! Another Ithaca interception in the end zone.

Montclair St. 17  Kean 7 Halftime

Cortland defense getting steamrolled by Ithaca.

National Holy Moly:      DePauw       23     No. 3 Wabash       0     2:27 2nd

New Rooting Strategy:  Go Moravian, DePauw, Elmhurst.

Mariners receiver named Garret Washington - good football name.  Not quite Colt McCoy, but solid.

start of 2nd half in bart-roch game.  worst offensive half of the season for hobart.  held to 20 total yards.

PA sent a pix from the game - overcast and raining.  vella gets the hook after a 2 for 7 for 4 yards and 1 INT half.  guess the rookie wasn't up for it.

doyle back behind center for the statesmen.

beez 7 - bart 0 to start the 3rd

labart96

bart goes on 4th and 10 from the 20.  rochester intercepts on deflection.  3rd turnover for hobart.  rochester 1st and 10 from the 16.
