I hope you all are well!  Back from the land of no computers!!  How's that hip, 70s?  Is it up to a trip down to the Stagg?  I want you to be safe, but it wouldn't be near as much fun without you!!  That goes for you too, Theaprof.  And spread the word to Skunkssidekick as well.I know that 70's and I are on the home page of d3 football today in one of the Stone Station & friends pictures.  Can't wait to do it again!!!

olinemom and all the rest.  we are looking forward to making the trip and cant wait to get there, too bad wesley will not be playing, but umhb is still alive for a routing interest.  i have to get the tickets, but all else is ready.  since it starts at 11, what time does the tailgate start and will we have time after the game to hang out.  see you all soon.

Olinemom

Looking forward to seeing you guys there!!!  My heart is in my throat for next week down in Belton.  2 of my favorite teams are playing each other so I am planning on being miserable the whole day long.  It's so difficult when that happens.  Do you think that Wheaton can take care of MUC?  I don't think so.  So I think we will have a purple affair again this year as well!!  Too bad it's going to be at 11:00am.  ESPN drives me nuts.  I guess we'll have the 2 duffae that don't know a blessed thing about d3football and say completely ridiculous things.  Oh well, at least we will have a great time.  I imagine the tailgate will have to begin around 8:30 or so.  I've got lots of bakery goods coming and meatballs and, of course, brownies!!  C u soon!!

I hope everyone stays safe this Christmas and pass some words to the big guy for all those deployed.

Passing thru lovely coastal VA this week and it was raining. Of course it was snowing in CO when I left.

Saints by2.5 tonight.

Welcome home, abnrgr.  Best Christmas wishes to you as well.  I was in southwest VA/northwest NC the past few days and it was "a little damp."  :)   Saints had too many penalties late - some of them may have even been good calls.  lol  Looks as though "Da Bears" pulled it out 27-24 in OT.

Hey Y'all. What's for breakfast next Saturday? We're having Wheaties this week. Hope we show up again. I don't know if the Salem economy could handle MHBU and WW. Gotta be able to get 2,000 to showup on a weeks notice. Kevin (ieRaider2017) is ready for the redeye: Roanoke and back in 24 hours. Probably the last time I ever do that.

Looking forward to renewing friendships

Looking forward to seeing everyone in Salem, va next Sat. I especially love the great hospitality at the Stone Station and the chance to see many of the D3 posters there as well.

wesleydad

llama, what are the plans for the early start?  we will be there friday night, about the same time as last year 900 or so, i hope.  i dont think we will make a trip into roanoke since the game and tailgate will start so early, but let me know if there are plans to be at the same bar, the name of which i forget.  i may try to leave a little earlier, but that may depend on the wife who has had to work overtime recently.  also, what is on the menu?  we may bring something to add to it, cheese and pepporoni or something like that.  i will certainly bring some microbrew from pa, going with victory out of downingtown, great variety pack.  also may pick up some troegs or lancaster brewing co.

really looking forward to seeing you guys again snce it didnt work out this year for tailgating at wesley.  i have tickets in row 2 waiting for me at will call, so i was able to get the same as you guys.  had to call the ticket agency since ticketmaster was only giving the west stands.

talk to you during the week and see you guys on saturday.

I have been hoping to get the Franklin tailgaters to come to Stagg for a friendly face-off vs. Stone Station for the title of D3's No.1 tailgate.

I'm definitely going to write something about their dual smokers, but I guess the ones that offer me a plate each year at Stagg must be respected and honored.

LOL! No faceoff needed K Mack. We are just there to have a good time and enjoy a great game. ;)

Wesleydad,
Looking forward to seeing the crew again. The menu will be low country boil (not enough time pregame to make chicken), smoked turkey, potatoes, etc. Nothing huge or major, just something to snack on pregame.
I will be in town @5pm Friday night. Hoping to go somewhere to eat / watch FCS (politically correct name) Championship game. My choice will be Hooters but may end up at the usual establishment CB&C.  I'll let you know where we will be later in the week. We also plan to tailgate after the game for a while since the AA decided to plan the actual game during prime tailgating hours. One of our crew is bringing their RV and staying through Sunday am so we will hangout with them. I'll keep you posted.

BH2H,
Looking forward to it! Glad to see there is no wedding this year. ;D

Also have heard from Roocru, CruAlum39, Allsky+1, AF4 & "the boy",who will all be present so far. Other than the usual Purple people we've seen since 2005, who else will be in attendance this year?
