[...] But if I'm picking teams and need to win a game with the team I pick, there's no way in hell I'm going with any of those guys over Awkard.

Excellent point.  He makes his TDs and yards (while sparse) count.

Allright, here's a proposition:

Come Monday (or Saturday evening) I'll be here win or lose.  I expect some other folks who have conspiciously absent all week (wink, wink Tiger guys) to be here as well to provide commentary and insight on the game.  How 'bout we agree on the following:

1. Trash talk is permitted.  (if by chance I have medicine to take, I'll take it)
2. This one's important so pay attention:  NO FREAKING EXCUSES!!!  No the officials this or the coaches that or the sun was in his eyes or any of that crap.  I've heard enough of that the past three years from HSC guys after this game to last me the next 50.

That's it.  Real simple, just two rules.  Can we all live with that?

If I'm to abide by these rules, let me throw my excuse out there now if BC is to lose;

H-SC was better.

what would a d3football.com message board be if you take away excuses?

too many rules....

I voted for awkward.

Gave me a heart attack everytime he came near the ball when I coached.

Since getting a heart attack is as bad as it gets I figured I'd be pretty safe in giving him my vote.

If the other receivers can also give me a heart attack just from coming near the ball then I'm sorry I didnt vote for them and its a tie.

The kid is talented.

My two cents

QuoteHiding "in the woodwork" is not my bag and never will be.

I on the other hand have made a living out of hiding in the woodwork.  I am the master of the dodge and weave.  I love to pick against my own team. It gives me a since of freedom that only a transvestite (Ronnie Cheeks) can feel.

What?

WHOA... WHOA.... WHOA... Hug, Ronnie Cheeks almost took the "WATER down to China town in 2001 after a double OT W in 1999...

CAN U SMELL WHAT THE CHEEKS IS COOKING!!!

On another note, Generals will smoke macon on the morrow
Can you smell what the CHEEKS is cooking??

Bud Light Presents "Real Men of HSC"

Today, we salute you, Mr. Constant Collar Putter Upper. You, bedecked in popped collar, teach us that we no longer have to live with a cold back of the neck. Sure, your pink alligator shirt may look feminine to some, but not to the other 17 Tigers wearing the same thing at the bar. Where others may see thoughtless fashion conformity, you preach a higher gospel. You preach of a world where it's okay for a man to go tanning. You ask, "Why can't we wear make-up and use shampoo with lavender essence?" So crack open an ice-cold Bud Light, Mr. Abercrombie & Fitch, because we all know, when we really need a piece of gum, you might have one... in your man purse.

Sorry that I've been hiding of late (new job), but this is hilarious.... However, coming from a WL grad, I am sure someone will call me out with the
"Those in black houses should not throw pots" phrase

Ahhhh....I knew that would work.  Welcome back 1!!!  Missed you all week.  (Really- I had looked forward to the back and forth)

Anyway, that's about all for the talking.  Here we are, here we go.

And BTW,  LET'S GO RED SOX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hug

I can't waite until this dang BC vs. HSC game is over so we can start talking about Guilford vs. BC for the ODAC title.
BC players, I know its easy to overlook HSC when the big game (Guilford) is on the horizon, but we have to take one game at a time. Only one more day until its Guilford week, (actually two weeks).

Not to mention the laugh I got out of the DNR article the other day. Faveret said, " my daughter is in high school in Farmville and kids of BC grads are already talking trash about how BC will beat HSC". Classssssssiiiccccc!
Teach'em early. ;D

Greetings from Farmville. I can safely say that the kid of the BC grad is my son.  As far as he knows he is the only kid at PECHS whose parent went to BC. He does a pretty good job of standing up for BC I might add.

Well BC79 I hope to meet him tomorrow. Bring him by to meet the crew at Stone Station. Will be by the pond under the big BC football flags before the game.
