Llama....unfortunately, I can't come to Salem until tomorrow AM. The tree climbing Taco has a tank full of gas and bed full of wood. Hopefully, I will be able to get down off the mountain. I have to swing through The Burg and pick up the little lady. She is a trooper....can't believe she even still wants to go. Hope to see you folks in the AM.
Word to my yank friends. Two feet of snow is not a biggie in Ohio and Wisconsin. Trust me....it is cause for a state of emergency here in Virginia. Be careful out there and watch out for the morons in SUV's that think because they have a 4WD, all they have to do is put it in D and take off. FYI......if you need milk and bread, you better bring it with you. I bet there isn't a loaf of bread or gallon of milk left on the shelves in the entire state.  :D

See you tomorrow AllSky7!!  Drive safely!!  There was a little bread at Kroger yesterday, but not much!!
Brownies for Film Day--Now there's a Slogan I can live with!!!:)  Go EAGLES!

stone station crew, thanks again for the spread at the snow bowl.  it was a lot of fun and the 4 oclock start is way better than 11, even if there was 2 feet of snow on the ground.  what a nightmare coming home today, took 5 hours to go 70 miles and the trip usually less than 6 hours took 11.  you are right when you said that va is not prepared to handle that much snow.  everyone have a great holiday season and i will chat and see you guys again in 8 months when it starts up again.

Missed the game all together,  it's really too bad ESPN decided to move it to ESPN Classic.   Watched the highlights on ESPNews but ESPN Classic is in a cable package tier that USUALLY isn't worth having.  :(

Too bad it was incorrectly identified with Bridgewater State, which is in Massachusetts, and not Bridgewater College, which is in Virginia, but otherwise a good ranking.  As always, kudos to my pals from Stone Station!

Somebody else caught my editing error and it was fixed -- my apologies, as I wrote that part on little sleep Sunday night on the return trip and missed it in my editing review.  Again, special thanks to the Bridgewater College crew for their hospitality over the last three years that I worked the pregame show and sidelines of the Stagg Bowl.  It's one of the things that makes me want to go back again in 2010.

You guys rock!

Having personally enjoyed Stone Station hospitality four times myself, I can vouch that they do truly rock!  Thanks for your report and for the correction - I'm sure Bridgewater State's a fine school with great fans, but I just wanted to be sure Stone Station is forever correctly identified with the ODAC and the Bridgewater (VA) College Eagles!  Hope they'll save me a plate when they return to Guilford in 2010!

Stone Station is a truly evil place. Beautiful, nice college atmposhere, good football, nice girls, but evil..... ;)

"Cornelius Station?"  Might take some getting used to.  Seems like a nice guy though.
