W&L had an important fumble in the Red Zone midway through the 1st that led to Tiger points. W&L has had success moving the ball, just haven't punched it in yet...still probably a closer game than I'm sure many expected.

W&L came out after the half with a 47-yard FG and then a drive from midfield for a Colton Ward TD rec, with the 2 pointer good.

Jack Martin already has about 150 yards in this game. Amazing.

Well BC didn't exactly "handle" Sydney this year. And from what I'm hearing from today's game against Guilford, Bridgewater didn't exactly dominate...though I'm sure I'll hear comments about when the 2nd- & 3rd-stringers came in, yadda yadda.

At any rate, W&L is 1st-place in the ODAC. Exciting time to be a General.

Pretty blunt statement from what is likely a very intelligent individual, but while your comment is rich in outlandishness, it is lacking in the substance category. W & L did lose a tough, close game to Centre, but if the Colonels win today they'll move to 5-1. W & L just completed a great victory on the road at Hampden-Sydney's Homecoming to move to 5-1 (3-0), and your making the statement that the Bridgewater game in Lexington on Parent's Weekend won't be close? Ask most any BC fan, and I think they'll tell you that W & L always puts up a pretty good fight, especially in Lexington, but this year there's some added firepower (Martin had over 200 yds again). Although before we look too far ahead, Guilford is going to be a pretty good match next Saturday.

Also, looking back to an earlier post, I stated Colton Ward would score twice (he did, including the game winner) and had W & L winning 41-34, but I guess I was off by 3, crap. Also said the over/under was around 70, and it ended at 72 (yeah, i added it for you Ron).
