Looking forward to my trip to The Mountain tomorrow. The weather even looks good, a rarity for my trips to Sewanee over the last 20 years. Sadly the motor home is staying home with the family but I'll get to see some fraternity brothers I haven't seen in 15+ years and convinced to come enjoy the tailgate and the game. I'm doing my part to boost the program!

I'll be missing my first Guilford home game in recent memory this week, but will be watching the livestream on my laptop in Dubai at 3 am Sunday local time.  Go Quakers!  Maul the Monarchs!

Noticed that as well, doesn't look complete yet.  Looking at the roster, I'm most impressed by the retention rate for RMC football, about 90+%.  That's good for the program and the school.  Probably similar numbers at other ODAC schools.

Clearly, what is posted is incomplete, but there were guys suited up with numbers on their uniforms vs Dickinson last week, so I have to think a lot of those guys have their numbers and the Spots Information staff just need to get the right numbers connected to the right guys. Hard to understand why this hasn't been taken care of already. Also, watching last Saturday on the computer it was hard to read the R-MC numbers because they were yellow on white jerseys.

Glad to hear about the retention %. Bodes well for this and future seasons.

It's your "must control everything" coach that has the roster taken down each year.  He does not want potential recruits to see who and how many players may be ahead on the depth chart.

I'm not sure what CRM is basing his 90% retention on. If it's number freshmen compared to number of seniors 38 to 30. It looks pretty good.  If it's number of freshmen compared to number of juniors -38 to 18. Then it's average at best.

11/18/2018 Wally referred to me as Chief and admitted "I don't know about that!"

^^^ Maybe he compared last year's roster to this year's roster and counted the number of last year's freshmen, sophomores, and juniors who are on this year's roster. If last year's roster isn't accessible electronically it's still possible to have either printed it out last year or have one of last year's game program. Anyway, good question.

Interesting, I had assumed he wasn't there do to the drug arrest in cumberland.  The Herald had an article back in the winter but it didn't seem to get picked up in roanoke.

A game that interests me this week is soon-to-be DIII Brevard at E&H.  First, one of my nephews played another sport at Brevard College so I'll ask him his take.  Second and third, I want to see if E&H bounces back from their collapse at Ferrum and I want to see how the Tornados stack up with the ODAC and the USASAC.

Correct, I compared last year's roster to this year's roster.

WOW, lots of contempt for a coach.  But, whatever Aruzza is doing, it seems to be working against HSC over the last several years!
