Hate to see Guilford cancel another game, but  being safe is the best way. Missing stats from two game could easily take 8 to 10 sway from Bell's career total as well as the yardage.
I just looked at Davidson and Guilford's schedules ... their only open date is Nov. 3 and Guilford's is next week on the 22nd. The Quakers may not play for 3 weeks and only have one game heading into ODAC play and Homecoming on the 29th.
We're open this Saturday. Maybe we could meet somewhere in the middle and finish the 4th quarter?
Love it!

R-MC vs Catholic tomorrow: https://www.rmcathletics.com/sports/fball/2018-19/releases/20180911iw3sy6

Well... that'll definitely give the YellowJackets a running start at preparing for W&L's option. 2.5 weeks of prep and recovery and W&L, in all likelihood, will be playing Maryville 9/22.

I feel a sudden shift in the Force, many voices crying out in irritation... just kidding. Good for RMC and Catholic for finding a way to make the game happen.

Air Raid

Add another game to the list Ferrum vs Averett has been postponed.

According to Guilford's website, the football game at Davidson originally scheduled for Saturday night has been shifted to Thursday, Sept 13 at 7 pm in an attempt to get ahead of hurricane Florence.

Jeremybozz

NC Wesleyan at Bridgewater postponed. Both teams have a bye week on September 22.

Any insiders know about Shenandoah-Hobart game postponement?  Right now Weather.com makes its seem like Saturday in Winchester will not be too bad, showers and light wind

Shenandoah - Hobart, as far as the ODAC is concerned, is still being played. Of all the ODAC schools, I think Shenandoah is probably going to be safe. We will see as it gets closer, but I suspect this will be a Thursday night type decision, maybe even very early Friday a.m. Other than for Virginia state of emergency purposes, there is probably no reason for the game not to be played unless the storm track drastically changes. All other ODAC football games have been rescheduled, postponed or cancelled.

They are trying to re-schedule the W&L vs Maryville game for Monday or Thursday evening 7pm per Athletic Dept..

Thanks, tfa2.  It's a big one, but I think I'm ready.  I've been talking to family and friends in the 3 states ... we're taking this seriously.
