Neptune Bowl game day, no video, no ODAC promotions, no ODAC press notes, etc.  This is mind-boggling, good idea or bad, why is the ODAC ignoring the game?  There was a grand announcement at the inception, but now they're pretending that the game isn't even happening.  It's as if the ODAC and Mr. Bankston wants the game to go away.   If you're committed to the Bowl, then be committed to it and not run away and hide from a bad decision.   The least that the ODAC could do it provides some 'support' for their representative for the Bowl, and not leave them on a PR island.

  Congrats to Del  Valley. They held BC to 31 rushing yards. Del Valley had the better offense and defense but Bridgewater's Special Teams still almost pulled it out with 218 return yards to the Aggies 97.
  The BC wideout tipping the ball to the Aggies for Jay's 2nd INT of the year as BC was driving, along with Jay's 1st lost fumble of the season for an Aggie fumble return for a TD sealed the deal. BC had several personal fouls to keep Del Valley drives alive.
  Looking forward to the Del Valley at Wesley rematch. Here's to another 4 OT game.
  Congrats to Macon and Shenandoah for great wins too. (70-35 in Shenandoah's case).

First Saturday without ODAC football.  Any final thoughts on this season and any forecast for next season as we head into the offseason?  Will HSC or GC work themselves out of the basement, will BC and RMC battle for the title again, will someone else show up for next year?  I think EHC and WLU were only a few plays from being really good and may turn those plays around next year.  I think RMC will be in the mix again, they lose a lot of talent in 33 seniors, but there's a lot of talent returning and they'll simply reload.  A freshmen QB got some good playing time and some strong wins, some promising RBs returning, lots of bodies in the RMC program that will step up.

^^^ R-MC dodged several bullets during the season with come from behind wins over Averett, E&H, and the controversial one vs W&L. That may not mean much as it relates to next season, except we might not be thinking as positively about the Jackets had those been losses. I do think it's fair to say that they will compete well in conference games next season. Beyond that, who knows?

Still mourning the 2019 season; thinking about 2020 makes my head want to explode. HSC will struggle again next year but will hopefully not finish in the very bottom of the ODAC; I do see W&L,BC,RMC & E&H contending for the championship.

Well, Can't wait until next season! Only been watching ODAC football for about the last 4 years, but I am going out on a limb and after looking who is leaving and who is returning, I am going with my early favorite to be Washington and Lee. They lost two games at the very end of games that they should have won. I feel that they have the most talent coming back.  SO with that being said You heard it first here the 2020 ODAC champs will be the Generals followed by Emory and Henry or Randolph Macon can't pick which one right now.
