Outsider...that picture is pretty bad on CH, but doesnt even compare to the one of the Alabama receiver.  That is ugly!!

Any thought of including Vogelbach in your "offensive player of the year watch" list or do you have to be north of Danville to be visible?  lol  Only teasing, of course, but he is having a great year with 3 games to go.  I realize also that the other teams have better records, but one of CUA's 3 wins is a forfeit of a game they lost on the field 12-0 to Shenandoah.  You'll have to admit, 174/300 (58%), 2193 yards passing, 23 TDs (14 INTs), 1 TD rushing and 5 two-point conversion passes "ain't" too shabby!

Go Quakers!

Where the heck are LetsGoGennys, GenerallyTim, and Forma80?!  Don't you guys go a pull a "Hampden-Sydney" on us BC fans by not talking to us before/after "the big game."  Let's get this [friendly] banter starter!

I'm here, fear not.  Currently worried about organizing the Saturday morning tailgate -- will post more when I've got the IMPORTANT stuff figured out.

Even though I think in the minds of the coaches and SIDs (they still vote, right?) J.D. Ricca is the "best" QB in the conference, I think Tweardy, Lewis, Vogelbach, and Keith Ricca are all right up there.  Easy to argue for any of them.

Vogelbach will definitely duke it out with baby Ricca for Freshman of the Year.

I agree that Ricca the Elder will (as of today) get the nod as best QB over the others - his numbers and team record are better, but things could change in the last 3 weeks.  Now, even though Family/Team Ricca would probably like to see a clean sweep with Ricca the Younger at FOY, I think Vogelbach has to be given some SERIOUS consideration.  The Nov. 5 GC/CUA game in DC should be very interesting - I can't wait to look at the combined box score from that one!

Menowannalickee U.

I went to vote for Elliott on the Heisman page and Marcus Washington was on there.  Where's the love for him on the front page of the D3 website?  I voted for Washington.  Were they just trying to throw all the D3 votes to one player?  Oh well.  Washington for Heisman!

Hey Menowannalickee,
Maybe he just got added recently?  I didn't notice him when I went on there earlier today.

Elliot is certainly getting the d3 love right now (ahead of Matt Leinart), with around 800 votes, but still trails by more than 12-thousand votes.  Marcus Washington was tied with Chris Leak the last time I checked :)

Was there a party somewhere tonite that noone told me about?  this place is quiet!!

Jeremybozz

I'll vote for Marcus Washington next week.

Matt Barnhart (kid)

I quietly got Marcus on the ballot.  Hopefully it doesn't keep Elliott from making actual noise for a top three finish.

Since I (along with some Post Patterns' "lurkers" - THANK YOU!) got him on the ballot, I've posted something on my web site about it, and hope to get a campus-wide e-mail out to faculty/staff and/or students by the end of the week.

I want and expected Marcus to be more of an "in-house" thing at Bridgewater (my fan site, campus emails, etc.).  I don't want or expect Pat Coleman and D3football.com to publicize Marcus being on there.
