#71 isn't playing anymore... he couldn't handle college football's schedule

#3001
GCOL said, "Note: 72 passing att, and 0 sacks."I noticed the zero sacks.  That's great.  One of my neighbors and I were looking at the stats this afternoon and he said "Yeah, but look at the 3 INTs" and I said, "OK, let me ask me you something.  If your QB was 15 of 24 with 1 INT and 2 TDs passing for 194 yards, would you be happy?"  He said "Yes."  "So," I said, "your QB just did that 3 times in one game!"  lol

Well, I'm sorry to hear that.  I wish him well.

I have been a fan of this site for a long time...I just wanted to say congrats to the top three teams on the ODAC...I am a HSC fan, however, both Bridgewater and W&L both deserve a lot of credit for their great year. I would like to say that the HSC offense got back on track today against the 6th ranked defense in the nation with a 42 point 1st half. A little side note, JHU hasnt given up more than 21 points in a game since 2002 I believe.

HSC got a big win. When they announced the 42 points scored in one half at Jopson Field I could not fathom it. Then the BC radio crew confirmed and commented on it. Congrats to the Tigers. JHU D has been excellent all year but the Tigers smoked them.

Congratulations to the Tigers on a great game against JHU and a fine season.  Coupled with H-SC's win over Dickinson, this says something positive about the the ODAC versus the CC this year.

Any comment about BC defense lately... I think they are inproving but still have some way to go...

Winston Young..  5 TD's in a game (4 in the first half)... i thought that Randolph-Macon's defense was the best in the conference but it didn't look like it. I would say that W&L Defense is probably the best that BC has seen this year.. so far...

Well, it looks like the ODAC won the seven games between the leagues 4-3, but most of it is due to H-SC.

Hampden-Sydney beat Gettysburg 56-40, Dickinson 66-27 and Johns Hopkins 49-20.
BC lost to McDaniel 36-35.
RMC lost to JHU 24-0, but topped McDaniel 34-10.
CUA lost to McDaniel 37-36 in 2 OTs.
GC, E&H and W&L did not play a CC opponent this year.

I have been watching this board for the entire season and I would like to comment on the BC defense from when GC played them. The BC starters on defense were on the field the entire game and so was the BC offense. (w/ the exception of the qb)

GC put up those points on the #1 players for BC and I would have to say that is what will cost BC in the playoffs b/c their offense is pretty solid.

Congrats for scoring five TDs in the game's final 16 minutes after BC took a 48-12 lead.

I'm pretty sure defensive schemes change when you take a 36-point lead.

Also, I just looked at the player participation during the BC/Guilford game.  BC played 43 players in the game according to the website while GC played 23.  I am guessing that doesnt even include special teams.  I dont think we have 43 starters though...so subs must have been in there at some point.
