Typical spoiled HSC boy, wasting that much effort to straighten out one freaking letter so he doesn't look like such a schmuck for making corrections to inconsequential things. :)

Actually he is from Guilford. And almost made it on Jeopardy so you better cut him some slack! ;D

Oops.  My mistake.  I feel bad now.  I insulted someone from Guilford.  I didn't mean to stoop so low as to say you went to HSC if it wasn't true.  Sincerest of apologies.

It's funny to me how these things take on a life bigger than they warrant.  My original innocuous comment about "Delawarean" was solely based on what seems to be the prevailing online opinion.  It was not directed at anyone in particular and was not meant to be mean-spirited at all.   :)

By the way, I went to Guilford, not H-SC.  The "spoiled boys" who really went to Hampden-Sydney, however, are probably also good spellers.  I'll ask Alex Trebec or Ken Jennings which is the preferred term the next time I see them.  lol

Good luck to the Eagles this weekend.  Tell the "Delawareanitians" I said hello.  :)

nice job eagles,

Might as well finish up and win it all.

My thoughts exactly!  Only two more wins and we're in Salem!!!!

BC: 48  Wesley: 24  "And you can take that to the bank!"

SkoalBrain,

Whazzup? Good luck to BC this week.

Does anyone know at what NCAA level Lincoln University plays?  Randolph-Macon lost one to them the other night by a decent margin and wanted to know if they were a Division I, I-AA, II or III school. >:(

This is HOOPS, by the way.  Love all the Bridgewater stuff, though.  Nice to see hardcore fans for DIII.  Sometimes we get washed out due to UVA/VT things.

Go ODAC.

Hey Dr.xGSC!!!!  Thanks Buddy!!!  It would be nice to see BC vs. Rowan in the Stagg Bowl!!!!  Stranger things have happened!!!

Jacketlawyer: Lincoln U.'s website said they are the NCAA Division III (3) Men's Track Champs but did not indicate what division they compete in for other sports.
Visiting other conference boards is crushing my karma. Oh well.

Llamaguy

Yeah Lawyer they are D3.
They are listed as receiveing 31 votes in this week's D3 Hoops Top 25. They also play Macon again at Macon in December.
There is more info on the posting up board under South Region and ODAC conference. ;)

According to d3.hoops.com, Lincoln University basketball fields a DIII Independent in the Mid-Atlantic region.  Their schedule is mostly DIII schools from NC to NY, but they have also beaten a DII team this season (Salem International).

Not much talk on here about who might be attending the game?  Someone give me an idea on who is going to show?  I might be rolling with about 6-7 folks in tow on the Stone Station Caravan.

I'm planning on being there with my oldest son.  My Dad may even drive up from Salisbury, MD.  Haven't been able to see a game since H-coming.  It'll be nice to see how far along the D has come.   Go Eagles!!!

Skoal,
Wesley's stadium backs up to the baseball field.  The two are boardered by West, William, Clara, and Queen Streets.  Google earth has it as a dirt field.

Jeremybozz

I guess the BC Alumni bus is filled so I have to drive to Dover if I attend this week right?

Jeremybozz

So according to the DNR article Wesley is unbeaten in region which means their conference game with Brockport was not an in region game while BC's out of conference loss to McDaniel was in region.
   Those are simply the rules.
