Who comes on this board to personally attack kids? I didn't know this was the official board for grown men who bash kids that haven't graduated college yet.

I think Ricca deserves a ton of credit. Alot of guys played terribly against good teams while their program was still being built. For a team that was mediocre a few years ago some of the BC guys act as if they've been top 10 for 50 years straight.

HS is a few years behind the water because they didn't get serious about football down there until 2000.

I would be careful about all the bashing before the game gets played this year because eating words that had no business being spoken is a bad experience.

The kid is good. You should be thanking god that he hasn't had one of those games against the water yet.

Tigers are beating Gettysburg, 35-7, with 2+ minutes left in the 1st half.  Ricca's hitting the long passes well.

    Catholic does well on offense but gets doubled up 52-26. Shenandoah beat Catholic 12-0 last week.

CUA still has a ton of work as you can see by the 52-26 score. They had alot of trouble with option, blowing tons of assignments on the outside. I don't know how they scored their points because I couldn't stay past the first half and they had 0 when I left.  Some plays downfield are open and I'm sure they'll work on taking advantage of the big mismatches they have downfield. The wideouts did great work breaking up some interceptions(there's the brightside). Hopefully, they will continue to get better week in and week out and have something going for conference play.

1st Qtr, 3 BC possessions 3 TD's  21-6 Marcus throws the TD to Lewis on the last score and scores the first 2

BC leads 28-20 at halftime.  Hope this won't be a repeat of last week...

Half / BC 28 - SU 20

BC has moved the ball well on the ground and in the air.
Marcus scored the 1st 2 tds on the ground and threw 2 half back options for scores

SU has stiffened defensively and has been effective running the ball particulaly Frates and Lacey. The last drive by SU was aided by a bonehead BC  personal foul away from the play with SU deep in their own territory 3rd and 20+ ... and the pass was incomplete.

2nd Half will be a character check. SU has the MO right now.
