I guess they feel like the seats will pay for themselves over time.  I'm hoping there is a public restroom somewhere in the plans.

What's wrong with running into the basement of Flory!  ;)

Nothing, if you want to be a second class school.

We've won five consecutive conference titles with a second class school.  Root roo.

We should LET W&L win if they can figure out a way to score .199999 point conversion.  ;)

That's a great press box. Of course, MUC also has several sports information staffers capable of helping manage that facility, whereas Bridgewater only has Stephen Cox.

Now they have the esteemed Matt Barnhart who tends to migrate toward the athletic dept. when they need assistance. And I know he knows his way around new technology and computers. Give him what MUC has tech wise and he would literally be a "KID" in a candy shop. ;D

So they would have to kick an extra point 19% of the way through the uprights.. and not an percentage more.. hmm..

Second Class schools can win championships, look at the USAC... [insert rimshot here] ;D

I don't think you have much of a concept of how many people MUC staffs its press box with.

I'd say that, on a playoff Saturday, Mount Union has about 10-15 people running the press box...from stats to refreshments.

It's a first-class, prime-time operation.

If Bridgewater is talking Mount Union, in terms of press box, they want the best.

I don't think you have much of a concept of how many people Kid's work ethic accounts for when it comes to D3 football! ;D Just Kidding. I'm fully aware as I visited Ric prior to the 66-0 affair. The video replay, etc are all the rage. Yes I agree BC would not have enough able bodies to match MUC's army of staffers. ;)

I think their win against W&L last year (at home) is certainly a sign that they can beat a quality team, but Vogelbach still threw four interceptions in the win.  So he clearly doesn't need to have a TO-free day for GC to win.

I think for the analysis to be more accurate would to detemine on what part of the field did the TO happen, and was the other team able to capitalize on the GC mistake.

Quite frankly I don't think GC has a chance.  The ability to run the ball and more importantly the ability to stop the run continues to be the primary detemination of a team's chance for a win.  I don't think GC has either.  One only has to look back at the Ricca era at HSC and if he couldn't get it done........ ::)(But nobody would be happier than me to see the Eagles and the BCAC legions fall! and that includes Hasanova!! ;D)

I also think that HSC will be motivated to knock off W&L this weekend, and I sure hope the Generals aren't lulled to sleep by the Tiger's record.  I wouldn't be suprised to see the Generals fall if they are looking ahead.

Could this General three game gauntlet vs. HCS, GC, and BC rival the Florida Gators three game gauntlet vs. LSU, AU, and UGA?

Looking forward to the corrections from my personal editor ;)

Seventy six hours to kickoff!  More importantly, however, it's only about 74 hours until I get some Stone Station victuals - that's "vittles" where I was raised in Claudville, VA.  I dare you, see if you can find Claudville on a map.  It "ain't" easy!  lol   All kidding aside, I hope it'll be a great game.
