Skoal Bro,

Long time no post. What's happening? Hard to believe that BC is not in the playoffs this year. How's the outlook for the future?
I'm here Dr. xGSC.  Feeling a bit depressed but standing behind our ODAC rep in the playoffs.  I doubt they will last long but I'll be listening.

As for BC, I think we got some bright spots for next year.  Time will tell so we'll just have to watch from the sidelines this year.  We will however be at the Stagg Bowl kickin' up the Best D3 tailgate of the year.  Kick-off is 4:00p.m. so we will have plenty of time to fellowship.  Good luck to Rowan as I'm sure your excited.  Long live the Doo-Doo Brown Uniforms!  Later Doc!

Skoal,

It it's not doo doo brown, it's pee gold yellow. Oh well, it is what is is. They are unique.

Have a nice holiday everyone.

+k to all in the ODAC
LONG LIVE THE BORO!

Article in today's Richmond Times Dispatch on W&L and CNU, under small college notes.

Best of luck to the Generals and the Captains. 8)

Quote"I'd like to go to college," he said, mentioning Bridgewater and UVa-Wise as institutions he's taken a look at. "Maybe I'll try to walk on and play some college football. I don't know yet."

This kid doesn't sound that enthused to get to BC. This quote makes it seem like he would play football if he woke up on the right side of the bed on the day he made his decision.

Good luck to the Gererals tomorrow.  Enjoy it guys, and make some noise for the ODAC!!!

For my part, I will wear a collared shirt between the hours of noon and 3pm.

I do not think the Bow Tie D is going to hold up in the show. Against GC-Q they had trouble tracking down Vogie and he was made to scramble.

Their offense better strike fast and often. And the cliche' "get a turn over"

I found a picture from the last time the Generals were in the playoffs, yeah it was tough in NJ/PA then also, but we won and hope to do the same later today.

Is the W&L/Wilkes game on radio or internet?

Ralph, if memory serves me, TCNJ was formerly known as Trenton State, and Ewing is a Trenton suburb.

That's right.  Trenton State is now The College of New Jersey and Ewing is on the northwest side of Trenton next to the Delaware River.

Hey Ralph, different sport, but your McMurry University (the team formerly known as Indians) plays my Guilford College Quakers in women's hoops today in Greensboro.  Both won their first round tournament games last night and face each other in the finals today.
