Congrats to HSC on the win on Saturday! I'll be rooting for you against Linfield but it will take a Herculean effort to win the game, but anything can happen. Just ask UWW about it back in 2005!

I have no doubt it will take great effort. With the upmost respect we are not worried about the 2005 team. Just the 2013 version.

It means like in 2005 when UWW went and beat a great Linfield team, like in 2013 where HSC is going to a great Linfield team and hoping it can get a similar result.

Hope is not a strategy !!

And I only mean that in the most polite way possible.  You or any other supporters are welcome at our tailgate party.  I will be happy to introduce you to Ole Blue !!!  My boys know all about this long standing Catdome tradition.

I am looking for the comparisons between Farmville and McMinnville.
I may be one of the few people on this board who has actually been to both towns!

I 100% do mean to come on by for a drink and some food and welcome to the 'Catdome

"Hope is not a Strategy". Thanks for the heads up. I've learned something today.
Just so you'll know, I don't coach/don't play so I have no strategy other than to drink a few beers and watch the game.
It will fun to experience "Big Time" D3 football and to watch our kids play against one of the best programs in the country.
Just sorry we have to travel so damn far to play. A huge pain in the a$$.

We may do that. We are packing our tailgating tents and bringing them with us. But I know I'm going to want to be there early. So I'm sure we can make it around the tailgating area.  I'm sure you guys will have a nice place for us to tailgate right?

With the College being on Thanksgiving break and the Civil War (Oregon vs Or. State) there will be plenty of options and space (this is always a low attended playoff weekend).  The Keck Parking lot is the place to tailgate.  Linfield fans have a very good rep for being welcoming so just mix in and fire up the grills.  Keep your "drinks" in solo type cups and campus security won't bust your chops.

Here is a map...Keck parking lot is circled in blue towards the bottom.  It's just a short walk to the stadium.

D O.C.

The exception is hope is a strategy at Hope, in fact, it's their whole program.  8-)

You and me. :) But I did not spend much time in Farmville on any of my multiple trips to Hampden-Sydney.

Our crew will be on the corner, right by where they park the Wildcat travel bus.  Usually gets started around 8AM for a noon game.  There is a ton of room multiple parking lots just for tailgating.   See ya at the Catdome.  I will make a special batch of ole blue for you, to ward off the cold, in other words, enough of my Electric Longies and it will look like sunny and 80 !!
