We're good thanks. Storms paved north of us last night but it was a long night. Wife and I took turns watching the tv and listening to weather alerts in case we needed to move the family to the basement. Luckily it never needed to be done so just a long night with little sleep. Hope all is well across the ODAC fan base

I think he will be missed with a drop off in skill at this position.  I'm still mulling the Mike Tyson/spelling bee comment.  lol

Don't hold your breath.  Father with axe to grind hoping to make some free publicity for his business when it didn't come up roses for his kid. Might be something here, but I highly doubt it is anything like the student reporter fell prey to.  A sensationalized story...

Exactly. I did a little Internet digging and, let's just say, I find the Dortons to be somewhat lacking in credibility (I posted about this a page or two back). Something may have happened, but I reallllly doubt they're giving us God's honest truth.  It's a serious allegation - no coach should offer some phony scholarship and then take it away - but I'm having a hard time taking their account at face value, and absent some level of "proof" I think this will just go away.
