W&L left no doubt today. They controlled the game from the first drive to the last. 613 yards of offense, averaging 9.1 yards per play. To be fair, 95 of it came when W&L was trying to run out the clock and Shenandoah let Breece get free for a huge run. But Bauserman was held to 6.8 yards per pass and 2 picks, while Shenandoah's offense was bottled up when it mattered. The only real weakness W&L showed today was in kick coverage, where Shenandoah had several really nice returns.

Proud of the Generals for winning another ODAC title. Especially winning games against H-SC, RMC and Shenandoah on the road. 2 losses, each by 3 points at the end of regulation or in OT, seemed to just make the Generals more motivated. And since the E&H game, the W&L defense has been brutally good.

See bold above. I think that sums it up. Pass defense had to be good today and is what led to the win over RMC late in that game. Congrats to the Generals on the championship.

Could be anywhere but if I had to guess I still say Wittenberg

Congratulations to W&L on their conference championship. I suspect that some people might look at the record and the conference and dismiss the Generals, but anyone who sleeps on this team would be making a pretty big mistake. Do the ODAC proud in the playoffs.

Congrats W&L.

Happy B-day to Keith Mac and congrats Randy Mac!

Generals are headed to Mount Union.

2 losses by a field goal. Both games opposing kickers hit 45+ yard field goals. That's a bummer of a draw. But 2 losses is 2 losses. Guessing the South RAC kept Hendrix as the 10 hoping to sneak Centre in with a RRO win.

Sorry about that.  You should really consider going to Alliance, though... it's a great atmosphere and Raider fans are very hospitable.

Congrats to Washington and Lee.  We hope you will make the trip to Alliance, we are only 15 minutes east of Interstate 77 and the Pro Football Hall of Fame, which is highly recommended if you have not visited.  Alliance has a few nice places to stay. The Holiday Inn Express in fairly new and near everything. Comfort Inn is older, but at last check was clean and affordable.  You can also stay in North Canton area at a slew of places that are only 15 minutes from Mount. Restaurants are plentiful, although if school is in session, I highly suggest the Campus Dining Hall as many fans meet there for a great brunch before games.  Price is cheap and food is outstanding with amazing choices.
All seats are reserved and visitors stands are on east side of stadium. Tailgating is plentiful and absolutely welcoming to all General fans, come early and join the fun.
Safe travels, see you Saturday.

I have been to Alliance and Mount Union ... it's an impressive DIII facility.  There's a portion dedicated to Dom Capers, who was the first HC of the Carolina Panthers.

I'll leave that one to BirdDawg. Unfortunately the weekend before Thanksgiving my family heads to South Florida for the week with the in-laws. If it was a home game or if they had scored a match up with Berry I might have been able to push it off, but I fear a game in Alliance really holds very little interest for me. Congrats to the Raiders. Your streak of excellence never fails to amaze me.

I agree, I probably won't even check the score.  No offense to MU but I really don't care about the DIII playoffs... this is just a weekend for the guys to have one more game and another road trip together.  I gave up on the NCAA two years ago with an undefeated Generals team playing on the road.

It was a GREAT year for the Generals.  Still not sure how the EH game happened but it did.  Generals defense was built to be good in the ODAC and it was.  MUCH better line play this year.  I hope they can recruit more numbers but the team dynamic looked much improved this year.  The loss to JHU came because Coach A trusted his defense to get a last stop, they didn't.  Later in the year he did the same thing and they did.  I doubt he wins ODAC coach of the year but I think it was his best job coaching.

If it makes you feel any better, they put 10-0 Case Western Reserve on the road this week, also.

puke, puke, and puke. I guess the new norm is RMC wins The Game. Congrats to the Jackets, they simply beat the S***  of my Tigers. Wake me up when this nightmare is over.

Jk

Congrats on the ODAC Championship. Going to Alliance is not very appealing but 2 loss playoff teams usually get sent to slaughter. Hope the Generals can make a game out of it.

Just a few comments from an old Mount Union alumnus (class of 1957)-

Congrats to W&L on your ODAC championship. Although it's a bit of a drive, we all hope you come to Alliance for the game. Please ask any questions on motels, restaurants, or whatever. I see "raiderpa" has already passed on some info.
I told the Mount fans to look at "wlu.edu" on the Internet for info on your school. Wow, what a fascinating history. I thought Mount was old, being founded in 1846. So you beat us by almost 100 years. Big deal! Wait, it is a big deal!
Hope to see you here. I always make it a point to seek out people from our opponent and talk to them. If you're here, I'll find you.
Have a safe trip. May the better team win and no injuries on either side. Good luck.
I'm old! I get mixed up and I forget things! Go Everybody! 🏈 ☠
