Congrats, indeed.

A great comeback by W&L to force the OT. Also great work by the Tigers to respond in OT with the TD and PAT. Great win.

Looks like it was a typical Marty win: don't worry about how the defense plays or how many points they give up, just be sure you have at least one more point at the end.

WL scored with about 40 seconds to go to take a 3 point lead. HSC kicked a 42 yard FG as time expired to force OT.

Right. I messed that up. Gotta say that I've been thinking of the NFL as being the league specializing in exciting endings, but they've got nothing on that W&L/H-SC game or any number of other D3 games I've caught the end of this season.

HSC scored 13 points and only 1 second ran off the clock. They scored a FG on an untimed down To make it 17 to 17 at the half. They kicked the game tying FG with 1 second on the clock at the snap. They scored a TD in overtime. Both  FGs came after penalties from WL. The first was a horse collar, the second was a pass interference. It was an amazingly fun game to watch. I watched it online.

^^^That's amazing. I was, of course, watching R-MC at SU, but did catch the end of that game. Really exciting, but messed me up in the pick-ems.

^^^ I checked in on that game several times. Had no idea this had happened. Assuming the goal post will be back up for The Game.

That is too funny.  As to the grounds crew driver, what year did he graduate from HSC?

He graduated the year before my pizza delivery guy graduated from RMC.

Oh, boy.  You really got me there.   Maybe, you'll get the 'HSC special' pizza next time.

Let's talk ODAC championship.   Ironically,  the Game could decide this season's champion.   If both teams win this week, the Game decides.  If HSC loses to SU (assuming RMC beats FC), RMC enters the Game with the trophy in hand.
