On second thought, BC could be involved if we have HSC wins over SU and in the Game.

I love my guys, and I appreciate the effort, as well as the school's ability to hire people who don't run over goalposts, but this year has been a struggle. Injuries piled up early and, while last year they got all the big moments, this year the big moments have gone the other way.

As much as I'd love to see the Game decide the champion,  I'm a SU fan this week.

And Shenandoah. All this assumes R-MC isn't upset by Ferrum.

If HSC and BC win out here are the tie breaking procedures.

Well, no need for these.   RMC are 2022 ODAC Champions!
IF WE WIN convincingly this weekend at HSC, and preliminary weather reports say it's gonna be a quagmire with rain( which is good for us) what is the consensus that we get a home game in Ashland for the first time since the 80's???? JHU has a loss which helps us and we have pretty good stats.... All in all a good chance!!

I was tailgating last Saturday with some of my friends that played on the last team to host back in '84- Keith "Sleepy" Gilliam, Bobby Murray, and others.... That team was led by QB Cody Dearing, also..... they all seemed to think we have a good shot to host. The only problem is our conference is not very well thought of nationally in Football.... We need to win a few games in the playoffs to gain respect!! We don't seem to be able to get out of that #18 spot in DIII polls.... I just hope we get to host. That will be a BIG BIG SATURDAY IN THE COTU!!! Football game at 1 and mens basketball hosting HSC at 5pm in Crenshaw!! Should be a great day!!

It's hard to know until we mock out a full bracket but I would say there's a greater than 50% chance Macon gets a home game in the first round, if Macon wins Saturday.

Looking forward to Saturday.  Seems that the weather will be much better than previously forecasted.  As to the Jackets, they look to be entering this game healthy.  Got Brecht Heuchan back, so there is a lot of depth at QB.  I think the strength of this years Jacket squad is depth at most positions.  They run a number of RBs, a number of defensive lines as well.  There are 33 seniors (including 8 fifth years), so the experience is there.  Compared to 15 HSC seniors (3 fifth years).

Still think this will be a good game, not sure RMC will have the point differential they're used to, but if they get up early, it could get ugly for HSC.  Hoping for a clean, safe game for both squads.

GO JACKETS!
