Outsider,
This preacher will be setting out from Frederick, MD on friday making a stop in Harrisburg, PA.  I will then be heading west for a wonderful weekend of BC football. :)

Wow,  miss a few days on here and you really get behind.  Good Luck saturday BC.  I know yall can beat Thiel.  I beleive yall can handle them like yall did W&J.  So keep representing the ODAC well.  And who said that Ferrum might could beat BC?

On a couple of the bad turnovers that Highfill made deep in our own territory, he looked like a young QB still learning to make the right decisions.  But on a bunch of plays he looked like Jason Lutz vintage 2001 (evading the rush & making plays when receivers were covered, punishing LBs that tried to tackle him, and hitting receivers on the numbers on deep passes).  I like our chances with either QB.  But in the cold (and snow?) that we'll be seeing this weekend, Highfill might give us the best shot.

Agree.  Lewis is a very good qb but Highfill is a difference-maker.

So what happened yesterday to the Steelers?  I am confident that Peyton, with the help of his OLiners can do the job.

Now to this week....Im guessing the school wont be chartering any student buses because we will be on break...but this guy will be back friday night to go to the game somehow.  Kid...u know if there will be an alumni bus maybe?  I gotta find a way up there.

There is an Alumni bus leaving at noon on Friday according to Ellen Layman.  And I saw a notcvie on the e-mail today about a student bus as well.  Hopefully you saw that as well.  We need as many people there as we can get.  We need to be vocal like the W&J fans were this past4 weekend.  Our stands didn't seem to be into the game much, which was disconcerting, to say the least.

Abnrgr: Who said there wasn't?  And no, we won't be too upset.  We have smaller containers.

A couple of weeks ago, a Ferrum poster said the Panthers could put up 24 on any DIII team in the country.  That hasn't worked out for them the past two weeks.  Good luck to BC this weekend vs Thiel.

Hey Miz...we agree on something...Highfill presents additional problems and if the weather is bad he should be the guy.

Hey now.....Highfill is and will be a great QB.  He definitely brings an added dimension to the game when he is in with his running ability.  But dont let go of Lewis yet...he is the one who has got BC to where they are.  I think a rotating system would work good like we did against catholic.  I still remember watching Mount Union and their two QB's in 2003 when they crushed us.  They were both very good QB's, so why keep one on the bench.  Both QB's, lewis and highfill, are familiar with the offense and the team feels comfortable with either one in there.  The biggest thing is that Theil cant prepare for just one of them.  :)  Advantage BC

religion_major

bcsportswriter,

I was commenting on nortan and miz agreeing not on the quality of our quarterbacks.  I am going to keep my mouth shut as to which one of the two I would prefer other than to say that they can both win games.
