Portgrad2004, how about a little more respect for Olinemom?  Have some respect for a lady and an elder.  Guess they skip that lesson at your institution   of higher learning.

Also, I'm glad everyone is picking the Waspers to beat W&L.  I am as well, but I don't think it will be as easy as we might hope for.  I'm trying to reconcile how the 15th ranked D in D3 can give up that many rushing yards.  I'm also sure the coaches at the so-called "smart" school will be able to scheme well against Emory- or at least they can use some of the endowment fund to pay someone to do it for them.

Finally for Eh-you, I do believe the Wasps looked far more dominant when we scrimmaged Averett in Danville.  But if its written in the stars, maybe we'll find a true answer to which team is better during the first round of the playoffs.

Oh jeez, what is this ethics class?  I was just stating the obvious.  People have a tendency not to read long posts (with 1781 words!) that have absolutely NO spacing to help the eyes.  I'm not taking a shot, just saying what is truly the case... Get a life will you!

I am going to agree here...(Circle gets the square)...the spacing is an absolute necessity for a post to be readable.  So - for future reference - that would be helpful.  I started scanning it and just had to move on.

Thanks for agreeing Pat.  You probably said it in a better way than I did too.

And the funny thing is I'm the one that wears trifocals and I could read it.  But I don't know exactly how to make it different.  I'll go back and look.

Olinemom,

I hope I didn't insult you with the method that I had gone about saying that the post was hard to read.  I didn't mean to be mean, just informative.

come one men. It wasn't Herodatus or even one of the professors of old talking about Trapoanosomisis around Lake Victoria in East Africa. It was a diatribe or teaching tool like a didatoc soliquy. Crap who cares. EH gets upset

I'll be honest - some times I just use point by point analysis - telling the story by going...1, 2, 3, 4, ...  Just easier to follow what's going on.  I wouldn't mind seeing your story Olinemom (especially knowing how good the brownies are)...ok, those two have nothing in common, but I still love the brownies.

Hey ODAC Folks...thoughts on the 4pm Stagg Bowl Kickoff time and how this impacts Stone Station tailgating?

No, I didn't know how to make it more readable, so I went back and double spaced it.  Now it's more readable, but it takes up more room.  As I now still haven't started the 14 pans of brownies for my football team, I'll be up all night baking, but I still feel that I had to say what I did.  And most of the post, I feel, is positive in nature. ;D ;D

Good...and I do agree with what you said...what has happened on here recently has been negative...even If I am never on this board, I do like reading it for being one of the more entertaining boards.

More time to party is how I see it.  And I won't have to leave home at 4:00 in the morning to bring the brownies.  Now one question I have.  How do I get one of those rectangular passes around my neck so I can bring the brownies back to the 2 teams after the game?  That was a HUGE problem last time.  Any thoughts.  And please, now that I double spaced and double doubled between paragraphs, please give it a read.  Thanks.

Well as I plan on staying in Salem on Friday night this year, that means You and I may be able to share a beverage then and tailgate an extra 3 hours prior to the game. And you know how much we love to tailgate! ;D

Great to hear Bo...should be less stressful.

Geez, I came over here to congratulate Bridgewater and ran into all this controversy and arguing.  The truth normally comes out, however, and I hope this issue is resolved.

Congrats, Bridgewater, on your game yesterday. It had to feel good to get back on track, and it sounded as if the kids played well.

Great post, Olinemom! And I didn't have any trouble reading the first one at all, even with my old eyes.

With the extra time to tailgate, it probably means more bail money will be needed!  ;)
