Just wanted to give a shoutout to the Stone Station!  Been awhile.  We've got about 8 more days of school and are finishing up spring training.  The team is starting to take shape and I am already wishing it was football season.  We are looking to go deep in the playoffs again this year hopefully semis or finals.

Whatever you decide to put on those shirts put me down for an XL.  My mouth is watering right now just thinking of the Stone Station ( and maybe a few whitewater women....)

Hope all is well, can't wait for the '07 Stagg Bowl!!!!
YOU KNOW IT!!!!

::) Gawd, Please...talk football. Who looks good in the conference? Who looks like they had a good recruiting year. Even talk about O-line  Moms brownies....just lead me toward football. Please.
That felt good.

I just searched photobucket.com for "Stagg Bowl" pics. The only two pics are of a Mt. Union 4-person beer bong, and this one......

Snake, that one rings a bell.  I took that picture myself! Looks good? Right?  As I'm sitting in Pinehurst, NC, I'm waiting for some football to come this 2007 season.  We had dinner tonight and it was my best pork BBQ ever.  Stone Station would be proud.  On to bed as we have another 27 in us tomorrow.  Skoaltrain taking Stone Station on the road to Pinehurst.

I've found very little on Guilford football recruiting this spring, but here's a small item on kicker Eric Carstens from Raleigh Millbrook.  With the graduation of Travis Frazier this spring, there was a spot to fill.

Was down in Farmville on a "business trip"  ;D Friday and took a friend for a ride down memory lane out at H-S. Had one of those "the more things change, the more they stay the same" feelings as we rode through campus. I highly recommend to anyone that hasn't been on campus there to check it out if you are ever in the neighborhood. It is truly a beautiful place. You can feel history oozing from the buildings and grounds.
The new stadium is really looking good and I'm sure will be a beautiful site from my usual place pacing the sidelines on the visitors side of the field.   :D

Hasanova - you do realize that you are a sick man? Reporting on an incoming player is one thing, but you reported on a recruit who is a kicker. A KICKER!!! My God man, get a hold of yourself. I recommend you try watching tapes of last years games (with a pepperoni pizza and a bottle of Jack Daniels). I feel your pain. How many days til September?

Hey, you go with what you have, which, as I said, isn't much this spring.  As of today, it's 96 days until September 1.  :)

As an R-M guy, it'll be strange coming from me, but I'll want to see the H-S stadium, too.  Hope it doesn't alter Death Valley much though.  Really love the '30s feel to that place.

Thanks, WLU78.  I like it.  If he wins a few games at the horn with 45-yard FGs, then we'll all buy a T-shirt with his name on it.  :)

Yes Hasanova has succumbed and gone right to the gutter. I bet you threw up on Dean Wormer ;)

Hey, Otis, my man, how are the Knights?  Well, most of it's on my toga, but I did catch Dean Wormer's wing-tips.  When your GPA is 0.0, you have to stay busy with something.  Are you jealous because you're not on "double secret probation"?!   Makes you want to "Shout", doesn't it?  :)

Please, it's time for some football!  Somebody kick something and let's see if we can get a game going!

Can hasanova us gives us a breakdown on GC-Q offensive line and who is the LT. Is he a FR that will allow the QB get smitted when he falls back in the pocket. What you got on the O-Line? Hogs who will push or lanky pocket blockers?
