Oswego holds off Cortland for 5-4 victory in 11 innings. Wild one at CSt's Wallace Field. Scoreless through eight innings as pitchers A. Bishop of OSt and B. McClain of CSt absolutely shine! Each side scores three in the ninth. RDragons leave 'em loaded in the 10th. Oswego takes charge in the 11th on M. McMullen infield single and A. Jurczynski walk to lead off. T. Scott relieves for CSt and tosses away T. Smith's sac bunt. Two score. Cortland gets one back in its 11th via error, A. Iacomini's single to right-center and T. Panetta's infield rbi single.  No outs ........... Pinch runner tossed out between second and third as apparent bunt call never develops. Game ends on strikeout/throw out at second on steal attempt.

There goes that #1 ranking as well. Seems like the Red Dragons, like so many of the men's hoop teams this year, stumble as soon as they get that #1 tag. That's the 2nd time it's happened to the Cortland baseball team this spring. :o
